Scott, the replies can never be substantive. I question why PI would write to Colin and ask him questions they knew as much as he can tell them.

To start responding to emails after many months, to placate people since the Investor Group was setup is obvious. If this was really true about abusive emails to the Slovenian Environment Agency, a professional would liase with the Environment Agency privately - not hang dirty linen out. To blame the all his PI - who own the company - and have lost 10s of thousands of � - while he has made hundreds of � , and continues to milk us. My respect for Colin has just gone down further.

There has to be some trust - Monarch is setting out a decent stall and making the right noises. I will be attending the AGM , meet and support Monarch - especially when the BOD get evasive. I do not intend to act as an Investor Group expert - I do not have the specific experience.

Scott, ring your broker because your shares are held in a nominee account as I just did. They will accumulate voting intentions and make them. I was also marked for meeting attendance. You may need to be marked to receive your own accounts copy and resolutions from them. Give then a few days to send out and then they will be geared up to take one of four options for, against, with chairman or withheld. Hope this helps.

RTN, thanks for highlighting AGM resolutions 5a,5b and 6.... On Twitter, Colin today allegedly sent email reply to Sam "There are always rumours about a placing. I don't understand the motivation of people who make these". But Resolution 5 does not match his rhetoric Over 100% dilution to raise over �3 million !!! Our share price will halve again. I intend to use my vote !

Monarch, Include me. The BOD need to be held to account - change their attitude to PI - stop paying unjustified bonuses - hiding bad news etc.
