An offer now without the IPPC license in place would be lower than ,optimisticly, 3 months time when we have the permit. Also, a Slovenian company may be more in favour with ARSO. So, an offer soon is a good bet against a later higher offer.

It is important - we have discussed so many times at length on here. We are still exporting gas - at a large (undisclosed) discount. I expect 'radio' silence for a while as half BOD re-elected. A lot of noise by CH was self interest.

Bigbear, As you say, it would make sense for a Slovenian company to take control of their much needed gas supply. Also, prevents issues between Slovenia and Croatia. Problem is Colin could not resist in previous podcast saying none were looking.

Thanks for link, Monarch. Colin looks red faced and a bit hesitant with lowered steepled hand gesture. He explains pg11a pressure builds up and needs managing compared to pg10. I thought he gave a more conciliatory, tactful opinion of ARSO regarding IPPC.
