Thebhoys - Concur almost word for word. exactly same sentiments and thoughts over past 10 years. Somehow I just can't help myself from not adding. Really are about to enter the exciting period now with a lot of ground work done. Boy what a time to get into this share and not too late for newcomers but will be some regrets when this starts hitting 6p, 7p then 10p and some will say "I wish I had.........."etc. OK sounds bit rampy now but frankly you only have to listen what's been presented and your research will show what a true gem of an oiler this has become. To be balanced I have lost terribly on HUR, AFR, BLVN (crooks) and that's just a few; add TLW and other north sea ones to my list of disasters so this is pay-back time for a decade or more of horrible oil plays for me. Would be nice to see 4p broken for the bank holiday when we can all actually be sitting outside with a few cold ones, hopefully. All the best and newbies - buy, buy buy. OK, end of ramp.
Thebhoys - tell me about it. Just checked a lot I bought at £3.30. However, £100,000 down for a decade and now £10,000 in profit so pays to be patient and add. Amazing turnaround and only just beginning. Hope to have about 10 million of these by end of year so if it is to be £1 I, for one, will be a very, very happy bunny.
Dore123 - just to correct I think the sale part was substantial and the dividend significant. However according to a legal definition I came across:
"The word 'significant' often means something less than the word 'substantial'. But in context it can mean 'substantial'. ... These words are often used in legal documents and care must be taken to use them correctly in the context......"
So, taken in context let's just hope they both really mean significant AND substantial. I'll take either, anyway or both! lol.
Ok well seems we may have beginnings of a meet up for the EUA South/Coast Divi club with investors’ living near/ potential venues from south M25/Tadley/ Boat show S ‘ Hampton and Portsmouth/ Hayling areas. Steve, Selborne is 10 min. drive or 30 min. bike ride for me anyway so keep in touch for a possible . In meantime let’s get there first. Here’s for breaking 30p next week.
Hi pompeyrod. I think we’ve established it was me now and as we are all fairly near the coast then Portsmouth it is or as I suggested once Southampton boat show Guinness tent. We should all have been paid the dividend by then. I cycle to Portsmouth and round Hayling Island quite often and as Eurasia shareholders are spread out ,probably from Lands End to John o Groats see no reason why not to have a more. southerly ( coastal) get together. Boat show does it for me as with warm weather ( maybe) what a place to celebrate in a beer tent surrounded by million $$$ yachts. Let’s get there first though??
Hi Steve. That’s it. Rezum is what I refer to as “steam clean”. I’ve moved and live near Liss not far from Alton so if we find a way to exchange emails privately then yes we must get together for a celebratory ( hopefully) pint or 4. I’m guessing if you went to that hospital then you are in Hampshire too. Amazing. This could be a very happy ending and let me know how we can contact outside this BB or we may meet up at the Pirate get-together being organised I would imagine by Captain Birdseye …. Sorry I mean Capt, Tilly.
Ok Steve, since posting I just went to my filing cabinet and looked up my hospital appointment in Jan 2020. Sure enough, 7th Jan 2020 and Basingstoke which is, as we know, North Hants.
Too much coincidence now but I reckon you’ve found your “Guardian Angel” and well done for “taking my advice” - lol btw.
Hi Steve. Slightly off topic but by way if an answer - Just read your story. I was in Basingstoke hospital and admittedly struck up a conversation as you described and in the same department. Won’t go into more detail here but when you said “old man’s problems” ( would the word ”Rezum” ring a bell?) and “professional gambler” I began to think ! I often say to people I’m a professional gambler as a little jokey way of saying I trade in the stock market. By the way the Rezum procedure was brilliant. Highly recommend but probably enough said on that here although it is Sunday whilst we while away the time before the next news. Finally if not me then amazing coincidence.
Correct. The Buy [back] was shown as a Sell which happens a lot as we all know.
Not surprising here though as the Sell and the buy were both under the mid price.
Just shows though how nothing is ever quite as it seems.
For the record I hold millions but needed to cover another position so merely rolled over.
I never short either (scum of the earth - lol)
Holding up well seems to be under-statement here. Look at that sea of blue although one never knows how a few might be Sells of course due to the inconsistency of reported trades. Strange though how all my systems have a block of Blue and not a single line of red at all.
Something for the weekend Sir? yes please - 3p+.
and if you click on the "1.2 billion" referenced blue link it takes you to the main US Geological Survey itself where on page 8 it is interesting to note, among other areas ........"One of the most prolific onshore petroleum systems in the continental U.S., the Bakken and Three Forks Formations in the Williston Basin are the largest continuous oil accumulation assessed by the USGS....etc." so good move gain ref the Dakota cash flow decision.
