The Russian government has established a working group of industrial firms and ministries to design and implement a plan for the country to secure a share in global hydrogen production and trade.
Russia wants a 20pc share of the world's future hydrogen market,.........
Russian officials including Novak said earlier this year that there is a scope for joint projects on hydrogen with companies from Germany, France, Australia, Japan, South Korea and Saudi Arabia.
NB; "Japan".
Ties in with discussions back in April ass follows.........every little bit (of dialogue] helps.
MOSCOW, April 29 (Reuters) - Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told a Russia-Germany online business forum on Thursday that Russia was open to the idea of joint investments in hydrogen energy.
Grahamesme - in context of your 1250 post today, last paragraph.

“The more the world turns to alternative fuels, the more in demand gas and oil will become.” Ali Hussain.
I agree. :)
Hi ST. Purely and observational answer to your last post:
Yes, am an ex Vane Minerals and Rose investor but who did NOT do well (so well done Thebhoys).
I quite liked Matthew Idens as it happens but sometimes I had doubts especially when interviewed.
He couldn't construct a proper answer without errs and umms every few seconds and I have to admit it worried me. Possibly he was just nervous of being interviewed but one cannot help what one feels and I just started to get worried.
As far as the RoSE share price went I have a spreadsheet charting all my historical forrays into buying with ROSE and one of them is over £3 a share (I think a 100/1 consolidation followed) but in all fairness I liked the Paradox story and started adding sub 1p and adding and adding. hence why I am still here now.
Just goes to show I now find myself in the enviable position of avaraging under 3p so am well over 100% up and , even astonishes me tbh, with millions of shares now so the next couple of weeks with a successful result will transform my ROSE and now ZPHR portfolio into the stratosphere and may even end up the basis of my retirement over the coming year or two. Just shows, eh, sometimes a perceived dog of a share can turn out in ways you would never expect; unlike my AFR, BLV, HUR and a few others readers here may know about [or wish to forget]; funnily enough though, HUR being an example too of "maybe" another ROSE to ZPHR revival. I sold out at 2.6p and the SP has now almost doubled that but I put everything from there into ZPHR hence being able to buy more at sub 1p.So, say, 1p ZPHR to 7p and beyond or HUR at 2.6p. I think [hope] I made the right decision [for now anyway].
Strange world; this stock market "game" eh! ;)
Ezhik. Completely agree, especially with comment mentioning the dreaded "water" word. Crazy; one wonders if the sellers bothered to really "comprehend" what was being reported or took a little time to understand even the basics of what was stated. CH said completion, testing then flow rates to follow etc. and has merely reported back and as always on time and factual. Nothing can be construed as an issue or problem from this RNS. I suppose to also add another theory to this "dreadful news" maybe these same sellers didn't like the mention of "over the coming weeks". I suppose they thought as the set up would be completed by the weekend why has a RNS not reported 1000 barrels a day flowing by 7 am this morning. In there eyes - must be a dud. However, to balance things a little we still must wait for the real result and that still is not known yet but nothing can be construed as averse this morning compared to last Friday.
Too right. I'm too afraid normally to correct anyone on a bulletin board.
I'll only give one example before I'm attacked.
Whatever happened to "sitting" ; now it is "sat". Almost always wrong.
e.g. They were sitting over there; not - they were sat over there.
Ok, one more gets my back up. Moment and minute. I have spent 70 years saying "just a moment"; where did minute come from?
I am guessing this is "new" English but before anyone says anything; I was "made" in Hong Kong.
Don't you hate people who use quotations all the time. ha ha.
Don't get me gong on acronyms now either....;)
