Hi Adon. Yes, I can see a white "splodge" and just meteres south a larger red splodge. So grainy on Sentinel/Soar hard to make out but wasn't there last time the satellite passed so guess one of the "splodges" must/might be the flare.
As said, good find.

oh yes. thanks The_Chain. I've just realised. Fire a flare into the water as no dynamite on board but great idea. lol.
I'm afraid I just have to accept I am useless so it's into port/marina, go shopping buy the bream or bass (mostly from a fish farm in Turkey and Greece anyway as I sail past them all the time) and throw it on the barby. Hang on, sail past a fish frm. there must be one that got away that would like to come abaord! ok I'm getting carried away here. Dinner callss.

ah. I have a boat, sailed last 20 years plus all over the Med, line out the stern, in bays, fishing away. Guess what I have caught "nuffink", niet -zero - zilch - bu**er all!
I was at anchor one ealry evening and saw some Greek fishermenI on the rocks fishing away so I went to the freezer, got a supermarket bought bream, put it on the hook, slyly dropped it slowly on one side of the boat then manouevered around to the side where the fishermen were "angling" and then hauled it in with gusto, straining away and whooping with delight. I am not sure they were impressed or amused! Anyway just to add another anecdote while we are on the subject and feeling much better to end of the ZPHR week.
PS: Oh and I have tried bread, worms even mars bars but I have concluded I am just not cut out to be a fisherman. Any tips?

Hi Adon30. I saw a post recently from someone describing you as sat nav man (or words to that effect). I have signed up to Sentinel but got nowhere. Can't even find Utah. Just wondered if you had a link for looking/searching/signing up etc? Unless of course it's an exclusive [i.e. members only for a vast subscription fee] to certain important people? lol.

PS: Change that. I just noticed on "the other site" someone has stated they bought 700k (in 2 tranches of 350 totalling 700k and then repeated !?!?!?). I'm lost on how that works but accepting the fact that someone has posted it was their "buys" I retract my suggestion of rollover now. Hey bubble, you may have been right.
Conclusion; as we mostly should know by now, nothing is ever as it seems so looks like I was wrong [this time].
Anyway all pretty irrelevant with low volume day so might just switch off and go for bike ride.
