Usually 475,333,760 is shown as a single trade (sold or buy). But I’ve been through the trades shown on AJ Bells site and checked again around 10:30 but it doesn’t seem to appear on today’s trades. See https://www.sharesmagazine.co.uk/shares/share/AMGO/trades?page=14

Thanks for the replies. Isn’t that for yesterday’s sold 1%? I was looking at the share trades today and didn’t see one for 1% go through. But I might well have missed it?

Did anyone see JB’s daily sell go through today?

Friday’s buy by GC was released in an RNS about 4:42 Monday. If he has bought anymore yesterday it might be released in another late in the day RNS today? - if so watch out as Boom time again tomorrow!

I believe August will bring positivity to the share price as Glen Crawford is back & JB will be down to 10% so we will see his play then. Glen Crawford bought 3,161,818.00 additional share at 38p on 2 March bringing his total to 22,000,000 so has significant interest in seeing the share price recover and has experience in previous Amigo dealings with both JB and the FCA. Although I’ve not topped up I’m still a firm hold. GLA

It could be a very interesting situation. As JB has always said this is worth more that 21p a share and his issues seem to have been with the way the BOD have handled things and most of them will have gone and the policy regarding claims and future lending may well change when GC is back so another vote may not even be required for things to change in JB’s mind..

Cometh the time cometh the man. August is when the CEO that JB supports and had at the helm when it had approval from FCA and by the end of August is when JB’s shareholding will have reduced to 10% if he continues selling his 1% per day. I could envisage a fight back on the claims front or at the very least getting FCA approval for future lending practices that will increase the share price. As if it is a successful business then old claims can get paid from profitable new lending. A win win for shareholders and FCA.
