This has fallen quicker than Fastjet - my last bad investment. Though in that case, the share price didn't fall as fast despite the fact it never turned a profit; never gave a dividend and bunged loads of money to corrupt African governments. It also issued new capital month after month. Just what is going on with RMG - its not a basket case - yet the share price is reacting as though it is

All my gains on £200k share have been erased because if this share - £25k down on RMG in less than 4 months. I do think this has displayed a very irrational downtrend.

Now £2,100,000,000 undervalued - £2.10 below fair value. Obviously people are just giving their shares away now. This is a very irrational share price action.

The secret is not to sell. This is so far down now, that anything approaching £2.00 would make it the most undervalued stock out there.

Well - they generated decent EPS growth and the dividend is 100% higher than 5 years ago. Just what do people want. At 30p dividend per share or 7% return, and a solid company, I think people are just never satisfied! That's the conclusion I have come to. Part of this is that people are never satisfied with getting more for their money - they want better, higher, faster returns. I'm happy with what I have got here.

It all boils down to people wanting double digit growth and megabuck returns in a short space of time. This is a sold company making plenty of money and not afraid to share the spoils. Remarkable the lack of appetite for this share.

Omerta - £3.3 billion profit - if that's the result of a poorly run business, then blow me down!

I've sold other shares to buy some more here. This is so so cheap.

Arsenal - we're not thick. Nothing is guaranteed for any investment. So without knowing exactly what is going to happen, we can only go what is written down in black and white in the company updates. As things stand, the dividend is fully covered and with debt standing very low in comparison to almost any FTSE 100 company, this should support things.

I'm so annoyed I don't have the dividends through to buy more. I'm happy to take the risk from here on in...

Beatroot - Rico has stated it several times over the last year as he referred to the significant amount of resources at the disposal of RMG. Not only that he referred to growing the dividend. They have little debt and the dividend is covered. So what the market is expecting and what happens are two very different things.

YES - that's right - full year dividend c. 24p and yield standing at 10% (correction from my post below). And people are SELLING - not BUYING - in response to a group of companies are exploiting RMG for all its got.

By the way Chicmiller - a dividend of 20p is due in July - so you'll not have long to wait for some reward. The dividend is now standing at 11%.

At £2.56 you are fine. If you wanted to make a quick buck - forget it. I personally think if it heads anywhere near £2.00, then it must be the lowest P/E ratio of all time. For a solid company making half a billion, this is far, far below fair value.

This whole system of share trading has all of the hallmarks of a Ponzi scheme. How our Government allow companies to sell and buy shares they don't own has always been beyond acceptable. I really hope they get all of their fingers burnt because I am now more resolute to hold rather than offload on the cheap.

Sub £2.00 would leave this at around 3.5 times earnings - that would be beyond imagination.... RMG would be able to buy itself with little over three times current earnings. Logic dictates this is severely undervalued. Shorters are dicing with a heavy risk. I'm tempted to buy another £10k just because they are now in the clearance sale phase.
