Net Asset Value of this share is £10 - yes, £10,

Crude is down again and this share is down - makes no sense that the middle east crisis has eased and yet this still goes down.

Definitely a takeover target at this low valuation!!!!

£142k now at £2.55 average. I'm not bothered by the short term weakness.

Theres Capita - valued at over £400 million with Net Assets of just £40 million. The share price for Vistry is so far divorced from reality as you can get.

Strange this is valued at £700 million when Net Assets are over £3 billion. Looking at Mobico - valued at just over £100 million despite New Assets of minus £200m. Barratt Redrow valued at £3.4 billion but next assets >£7 billion.... lot of house builders under valued

Iran has confirmed they won't be taking part in talks. Unfortunately this will plummet again!!!!! I bought in £3.71 on thurs and sold £3.99 on Friday.... not a share to be in until the peace talks come to some conclusion!!!!
