In real terms British land shares are £2 below 1988 share price....
Not a holder anymore but pleased to see shareholders doing well today - the best of luck. Think this will definitely motor ahead now.
I sold all my shares at 1.50. The update suggests only downward movement - CMC is not performing well at all compared to peers. I see this at a 80 pence in a few months....
I've seen it so many times - debt debt debt is the issue and enormous servicing costs - £75 million interest payment is collossal... I can only see thus going lower... I sold out two weeks ago. I see this going to 60 pence level or below.
I have held Lloyds shares - £100k - at various points. the fall is absolutely warranted. This is a really poor performance for a bank the size of lloyds. NAV per share has continually fallen and is now 45 pence despite buy backs. With the continual decline of NAV, I think this share is worth 40 pence
Sold me entire holding.... seems to be in downward trend
I sold out entirely at a £10k loss... unfortunately the last trading update suggests activity is down 15-20% and I can only see this heading to a £1... if even....
Sales up 10%.... thats the important thing...
The media and stock market pundits paint doom and gloom.... the company delivers and the stock price is below 1990s.... paralell universes
It's, if we are to believe it, trading at 3 times earnings if even that. Obviously, as I am Irish, I must be thick, but that is a hell of a discount to fair value and its balance sheet looks pretty healthy along with lots of new projects coming online. British shares have been zombified these past few weeks, months and years. I think Mobico's share price was higher 30 years ago.... unbelievable.... same can be said for Boohoo, Hochschild, Ferrexpo, British Land, C&C.... they are all in the doldrums and I've been buying up good chunks of them. I think people will be trpping over to buy them in the next few months.
