Well only one member of staff has sold shares in last year and only II shareholder has sold.... so people do have faith in the company. I reckon most of the fall last week was stop losses.

Well that would value this compant lly which employs 35000 people little over (100 mllion) what ITM is despite ITM never turning a profit and only employimg 480 staff.... the valuation is currently absurd...

For me - going to keep an eye on major shareholdings. All looks fine from that angle with the exception of Franklin - who are neither here nor there

The 18 month rule on Apollo making a bid ends tomorrow. The statement saying they wouldnt bid was made on 14th May 2023, so 18 month rule ends today. They can bid again from tomorrow.

Well one gave a good reason considering at the time all the geopolitical instability....

An apollo walked away citing no reason as far as I can see other than they didnt value it at what they offered

Why is everyone comparing thus to petrofac... as far I see it they are in different leagues entirely... for a start their sales are half the size of JW and rheir margins are poorer...

It really is ironic that most of their big projects are indvidually worth c. half the entire company..... This is only worth about £100 million more than ITM. ITM employ 480 people... Wood employs almost 35,000. you couldnt make it up....

I see so many messages thinking someone is going go put a bid in whilst all of this is goimg on. What utter meaningless fantasy. No organsation is going to bid until the review is done and dusted.

Do people seriously think all of the finance and audit folks have been asleep at the wheel? given the focus on audit quality, I would expect KPMG have bucked up their ideas since. I view this process as a positive. I am involved in my company s finances and we talk daily about project progress and costs.... and we're a small charity org with no finance background....

Only one - and not an important one at that - has reduced their holding. Suggests to me the others are holding tight. I can't imagine this is anything lile Carillion - having read their report I dont see any of the same behaviours here.

That CFO was given over 1.2 million shares and sold half most likely for tax purposes . No sells other than that is reassuring.

He probably sold his shares because the deal to sell JW fell through... all that matters is now and gping forward.
