Agree CEO - I feel your pain! Council tax rises of 4.5% - I'm glad I live in NI, so much less costly to live here as I gamble all my savings on the stock market. He-ho! Longterm I think these will turn around - but how long?

OFAH - I see the share price fall and its very painful. You are most entitled to moan and bemoan this. One thing I will say that its important to protect your health and not take this as a sign that you've personally failed in your investment decisions. You made assumptions that are sensible (that it couldnt fall more than 50%) - assumptions that I would have made. I'm sitting on enormous losses on RMG and other stocks (100k down) - I'm very depressed - but its important to remain positive if possible. I'm hoping that the purchase of Liberty Global doesnt go ahead as I am almost certain that is undermining investors buying more into Vodafone. Good luck - vent when you need to.

No offence taken. You have my respect for your unwavering positivity of this stock. Wish I had that! I don't wish any losses on anyone - but its pretty hard to maintain a positive outlook on this one when its determined to say stuck in the slow lane!

Well the share price increase (currently standing at 0.88%) is pretty paltry. Apparently, we were waiting for a new CEO to get this moving again and its not off to a great start. Wonder why company's have a CEO at all -

"Nasty piece of work" - well, I am entitled to my view and you will only see me reserve those words for those who truly are 'a nasty piece of work'. I am a holder - yes, I have severe reservations of this company. But - he-ho!

Arsenal - you don't need to worry about my mental health. At the moment, all of my other shares have made up my £10k loss on this lame duck. I honestly don't think this lame duck will move much up in the next week or so.... or next month or so.

Grayling - I'll make my decisions shortly.

Well Derek - they had better think of other things to do in addition to doing what they've always done for the last 600 years. It's simply not good enough to just do what they have always done because as we know, the letters fall isn't always going to be offset by the parcel rise. Also, they will need to be crystal clear on their strategy going forward and the concrete actions they are going to take to maintain and grow sales and profitability. So far, they have not been clear on anything. And we need to hear more than they are going to connect people, places and products or whatever.... my patience is razor thin - my other invesrtments continue to prosper. This one is just reflecting the markets anxiety.

I'm looking at the returns per share and relative risk of each. At 6 euro - AIB is undervalued. Wouldn't be comfortable putting more money into BOI.

£50k AIB shares and £3k Bank of Ireland shares. On a day when AIB state they will increase the dividend by 42%, the share price of AIB barely notches up 0.5%, yet Bank of Ireland has gone up more. Can anyone explain the stupidity of the market. I'm investing another £15k in AIB - longer term, it has far better prospects than BOI! Despite the Government ownership. The amount of excess capital it holds is bigger, the NIM is better and the dividend as a % of share price is better.

This is all rather lacklustre. All of my other shares have staged remarkable rallies over the last month - all of them - BAR this one. The market speaks the truth and it doesn't like RMG. I don't think we'll see £3.00 anytime soon and it looks rather like its drifting aimlessly.

Sorry - I don't agree. Most successful corporations don't have a whiff of a Union around them. Show me - tell me of a successful highly unionised organisation?????? There isn't one. I've never been part of a union and never will. What happened after RMG awarded a chunky pay-rise? No productivity improvements - that's what! Ultimately it will impact on staff long-term as the share price drifts lower. As for the extra things that RMG do - how much of their revenue comes from this? I would say low %. Just take a look at the 5 year share price chart - its like a car crash - even with the high dividend. People have abandoned this share in their droves. I'm giving it max a month and if there is no improvement from the £2.75 range, I'm GONE entirely!

I am extremely anti-unions. They serve no purpose other than to hold companies to hostage. Ever notice large successful organisations have no unions and their working standards are far better. This really is an organisation in the dark ages - they haven't modernised a jot and don't look at opportunities beyond sending parcels or letters. The old saying is 'If you keep doing what you always did... you'll become a dinosaur. My patience is running thin!

I think putting capital markets day back to May was a massive mistake .
