Hi guys and gals, dont know if this has been answered or asked before but just wondering. .

Is it possible the fsp would be held back during negotiations as depending on the results of the fsp would possibly determine the sale price?

I'm only asking as another mining share I'm in held drill results as they were negotiating a job at the same time following those results.

Is this a possibility if so in theory still all positive news in my opinion.

What's peoples thoughts?

Biggman- I think 2k for a treatment round that prevents people ending up in icu which can cost 20k a day to look after is a good price tbh.
It's cheaper than hospital stay costs and the main bit is hopefully prevent long covid that COULD potentially cost the nhs hundreds of thousands through on going potentially life long treatments.

If you look at it like that 2k is nothing really in the grand scheme of things

OB- I like your prediction. Hopefully we either stay flat today or have a small rise so it's more stable. Next leg up / news will be good - excited to know what will happen.

Trucky, re Perth being open, I have a friend who lives there and confirmed it is almost business as normal in Perth as they had closed their boards with the other pts of oz to contain the spread and now is relatively c19 free. (This was about a week or so ago). What I dont know is whether they have opened up boards to go north yet or not.

Come 9n guys only a week or so ago this went to 127 I think was the lowest. It's done 100% in a week + technically for all those that bought in then they are still 100% up.

For those of us that bought in as it was rising yes it's not nice seeing a drop in sp BUT it's better than where we were last week.

Nothing goes up in a straight line. We have positive news due on the horizon with new bod in place, info on gm, info on masks, machine, along with cludveil/girometric and the other nano tech.

The new bod only just in place weve got to give them time

Re warrants and being cancelled from my understanding they could be cancelled as per the rns re the placing in december -

The obligations of Peterhouse and SP Angel under the Placing Agreement are conditional, inter alia, upon admission of the Placing Shares having occurred by 8.00 a.m. on 23 December 2020 (or such later time and/or date as may be agreed, being no later than 8.00 a.m. on 13 January 2021), and there being no material breach of the warranties given to them prior to admission of the Placing Shares.

Peterhouse or SP Angel may terminate the Placing Agreement in specified circumstances (including for breach of warranty at any time prior to admission of the Placing Shares, if such breach is reasonably considered by Peterhouse or SP Angel to be material in the context of the Placing) and in the event of a force majeure event occurring at any time prior to admission of the Placing Shares.

Warrants

The Company will issue participants in the Placing, one warrant for every Placing Share (the "Warrants"). As a result, 400,000,000 Warrants will be issued to placees pursuant to the Placing and subject to approval of the necessary authorities at the Company General Meeting ("GM") which will be scheduled for January 2021 (details of which are to be announced).

From this on the rns - is my understanding right that they could be cancelled / can be due to circumstances? As I think they can be

Homer55 - bare in mind the 7 hours protection wasnt the limit it was the length of time the facility could test for. So in theory if they could find somewhere that could test the material for longer than 7 hours you may find it works until the copper breaks down?
So could be a lot longer than 7 hours it's just not been tested yet

It does sound good but imo sng is a treatment and prevention to ending up in hospital so I believe on a different level to this but I havent read the white paper

Dont necessarily need more machines- if we licence out the tech we would get payments for the tech and it would be down to the companies who buy the tech to get machines required to make the masks

Depends on the companies views on what avenues they want to follow

Also guys dont just focus on medical masks yes it would be lovely to help the nhs dentists / doctors nurses carers BUT the 4 ply may well receive certification first and number wise airlines / jo blogs on the street would use them especially as london mayor stating mask should be mandatory outside and in us other countries so the volume would be jo public not medical.

From rns 16th november re volz "Heads of terms with surgical mask manufacturer

Then 15th december rns stated 4ply passed the preliminary breathability test and looking on a few websites google searches it states CE certification can take anything from 2 - 4 weeks

So regarding 4 ply in theory we should have an update in the next 2 weeks.

There should then be an update on 5 ply regarding breathability and confirming to the en standard set

Hopefully over the next 1-4 weeks should be heavy news flow and interesting GLA
