Mac trader whilst I agree that the share will jump when machine delivered etc, an extra 400 million shares from placing then 400 mill warrants they've over 2 billion shares. I was reading back through the rns's and did you know back in may 2020 in rms there was (only) 800 million shares
Thars a hell of a lot of shares already added to a company in a very short space of time (hence money that should already be in the bank). They also with gyrometric if you read the company website apparently have contracts in place etc so not sure how much funding they need.
Just still seems to me that we are being used as a cash cow to raise funds for the BOD to buy/sell their options also warrants etc. If in the rns they had of stated who the warrants were going too might of helped or who was taking part in the placing a little bit more transparency might of put dr cave and us pis minds at rest but it's all the secrets and lies re not raising funds/ no dilution / we're not selling etc etc makes for a very untrustworthy BOD

I'm now in the frame of mind that the monies gone so if this comes back up happy days, I'm being silly really but I want GC to continue due to the principle and hopefully prevent these people thinking they can do that to people here or anywhere else.

I still believe this is the case. They needed to do this and knew cave would go against it BUT they need the price to be 1.4 to get their options exercised as they also knew any later once machine in production etc the chances of getting it back to 1.4 was minimal.

I still believe it's a game purely to get their options exercised! Just my opinion

Herbie -thars not strictly true - Val had a similar issue start of the year and a few very knowledgeable shares holders held an EGM and oust the 2 directors who were paying themselves handsomely while diluting share holders.

The BOD are gone new director in place who has turned it round very well and dealing with potential contracts moving forward etc.

It can be done if all shareholders or majority agree

Email sent supporting and also asking for removal of tbh and pr to be raised at GM or to call for an EGM. Pledged my 232509 shares in support.

Also request Dr Cave be appointed to BOD, suggested yes cancel warrants / reverse placing also

I'm just wondering has anyone else seen any read out for this phase 2 study? Was meant to be completed August 2020 results looked at etc in September 2020. I've looked on 4d website and doesnt appear to have further info and no rns about it since april I think it was.

Just after watching the latest developments was wondering if maybe this drug might be helping people as tbh it's a bit of a scary time and I think the more available the better.

I know 4d has so much going for it and this covid study was a side bit (I got into 4d for everything else not covid play) just wondered if anyone knew anything or when we might receive results for this too?

Torre- I like your thinking and there is a sentence in the rns that's states will be pulled if any errors. Also even with all the rns's released the price still hadn't dropped down to tbs option price of 1.4

Is it possible this rns was released to get the price to hit his option price
Pull the placing due to the error of 3 months or warrants wont be exercised as certain people have those warrants not joe public.

It's an interesting thought process and is possible that this was purely done to get his option price of 1.4

I guess only time will tell

The rns is amazing and I am so glad that fda have given fast tracking for the trial and that uk have said trial is urgent for the national health emergency.
I'm glad for me and shareholders I wont lie but watching the number of deaths increase daily around the world I'm actually really excited that finally sng001 will be able to save people who otherwise wouldnt have a chance.

Genuinely so glad they are starting now and I'll be honest I dont want to catch it I dont but I feel a lot better knowing sng001 may well be available sooner

Please do tell fibs. It's not a problem your in more than one share but as I've said before to you, ramping is not necessary and only makes it harder for new investors. Give facts price predictions are not necessary as no one, and seriously no one knows where the so will be in a day / month 1 year or 5.

People invested here long term and short term are mostly invested for the science and have looked up the company hopefully, also originally for accustem too and also formulab the 1000 or so patents we have and the 5 ndas.

Again ramping here is not necessary

I'm Waiting my husbands pension to land into the sipp so I can buy buy a little more. I'm excited for the sale (have some in my isa) but I really really want it to wait and then I dont, but I do, but I dont lol.

Nice to see the movement today seems a long time coming since we were at our highs of 1.83. Looking forward to today and hope relate is on the cards for onward and upward momentum into 2021. Well done all those that held was a bit nervy.

Shady boy 1 yep I have some in my isa at 6.o and down about the same, but also have some in my funds account at 2.10 so total is prob 6ish.

I do think the concentration on masks is a little bit when there are so many other strings to their bow. Let's hope it ends this year well and onwards and upwards in 2021

Remember it went from around 3 down to 1.20 ish I think then ran up to 2s then up to 7ish, then back down again so maybe if placing and it goes to 1.4 and no lower it's a higher low right so possibility of higher highs on news.

Weve got to hold tight (if that's what you want to do) I am. And when I release some more funds if it does go to placing price I'll be averaging down

Mumbo-jumbo - I think your confused as far as I remember Gareth always stated the masks were undergoing tests and required certification.

I dont remember once him saying it was a done deal. So people / pis like myself although gutted with the performance of the sp knew we still required certification and machine delivery etc.

So not really sure what your trying to argue?

I see this rns as positive for the following reasons

1. We thought they were doing 5 ply only
2. We now know they are working on 3 masks
3. 4ply passed the test
4. Potential for different pricing between 3 / 4 / 5 ply if that is what they are doing to go for different industries
More masks, bigger target audience, more profit
and if the other 2 dont come off they still have the 4 ply ready to go

What's not to like. Dont think the sp reflects this news
