I have a friend who coordinates gp surgeries clinics etc in a borough in london and has had to organise getting 6 clinics open purely for the administration of the vaccine.

So I think they are going to be using gps/ walkin centre type doctors and bespoke clinics to get this out asap.

I didnt ask about follow up testing this was just put of a quick conversation

Tell that to the nurses and doctors that are scared to go into work for fear of contracting this virus and or passing it on to loved ones.

I have friends in the nhs and if it was upto them they would have the antiviral layer

Granted I know that's not procurement so you may have a point but if lives matter and nurses and doctors know this is available but wont be purchased there maybe a slight uproar.

Surely they cant physically lie in their rns's, so makes me think maybe they are down playing production etc? So can exercise options without affecting sp too much and thus his / their potential profit?

In the october RBS it stated "As previously announced on 18 September 2020, P2F has purchased an automated mask production line, which is on track to be delivered in November 2020 and to be commissioned by the end of December 2020. The production line, which is manufactured in Europe, has the capacity to produce up to five million standard or anti-viral face masks per month." So I'm confused by the 1 million mentioned in the latest rns?

Surely GC being a shareholder of 28% and a director although not on the bod and tb and pr not having shares as sold could possibly block any placing offered especially as now there are 2 directors of p2f?

Unless TV is converting his options if so he wont want to do a placing as would have paid more for his options?

Ncar - I agree apparently he tweeted on twitter about his 3 companies and got a lot of stick for it and the tweets have since been deleted

I dont know if this is true or not as didnt see the tweets myself but he must know that investors arent happy with him !

Manifesto- completely agree. Hes said funding required he knows prices drop when 'funding mentioned' he also has the options and just made a load on brh, rms and iqai to cover the cost of buying those options.

Unfortunately I think he will pretend to be the saviour and be the founder. His options are 1.4 so he could buy now and then watch the sp rocket without affecting his profits he will make.

If does options at 5 or 10p or example it's possible the sp would go down a bit.

I dont like the way hes played it but hes not stupid.

He just exercised CLNs at iqai too so this is all part of it in my opinion of course

Yoyoy- I dont believe I've seen anything that confirms a profit margin for masks? So where are you getting the 15p from? Unless I'm mistaken?

I wont lie he makes me nervous I would honestly prefer it if he doesnt buy back in. It makes for a nervous holding with the way he works as he is definitely a trader.

Just my opinion but wouldnt really want to be involved with any other company he is. I'm here because of gareth.

It's just odd he sold whole holding here to fund other investments
Then did a massive dividend (which he is also entitledtok)
Then sell some of his holding on x divi date
Then converts more CLNs in iqai

All these companies were running well with decent rises and he appears to have single handedly trolled most share prices.

I dont trust him I really dont. Hope he doesnt have any other options left or Clns here

HARGREAVES LANSDOWNE - just called me back and stated that had to be on share register at opening bell. So ie last night for dividend.

So dont buy in today UNLESS you want to buy into the company

On reading this, says the placing was oversubscribed and they have raised 2 million. So in my mind should it really affect the sp that much now as been filled and now have 2 million in the bank less expenses or am I not understanding this correctly?

I do t really understand these forms properly BUT UBS sold the same amount of shares (8.5) this morning that BlackRock appear to have closed their short position as it says in the short position column zero. Or have I misunderstood this?
Just want to confirm that appears shorts now closed?
