In tier 4 all schools are closed as far as I am aware, only senn and key worker children in, so wouldnt be a huge stretch for all schools to be closed I dont think.

I guess we'll have to wait and see tonight, dont understand why sng isnt publicly available in hospitals and anyone testing positive with symptoms so that hopefully we could go back to some sort of 'normal', along with vaccines etc of course.

Also dont understand how infection rates are so high if and I guess a big if people are following the rules.

I hope we get back to my total average about 3.5 I think across funds acct and isa, happy for a good blue day, it's been a bit painful

Wolf - RNS DTD 24.920 Supply@Me has been notified by shareholder, Orchestra Group, that it has acquired an option giving it the right to receive 630,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company if the share price is at or above 0.6945 pence per share on 31 December 2020. The option cost is £1.1million.

Wolf - re the options I believe that because it hit the .69 price even intra day as now has the right to purchase those options. As far as I remember he said if price didnt hit that by 31.12 he would lose the options.

It did not say that he had a length of time to exercise those options. In other words I dont think they'll hit the market, but as hasn't lost his 1.1 mill share options because the price hit the0.69 intra day so he can use those options / exercise them when he wants.

Pls someone correct me if I'm wrong though, was just my take on the rns re options

My question is why is Brqveheart investment group stating on their website under company Interests pharm2farm of 51%

Surely bravehearts interest in the company went when they sold p2f to rms
Then sold shares in rms etc

I just wondered why Braveheart website shows they still have an interest in p2f if you look at the link you'll see what I mean

Crispy- I was more intrigued that Braveheart investment group are showing as owning 51% of p2f?
I thought it was 100% owned by rms which Braveheart sold their shares in so Braveheart shouldn't have it on their website should they? Or am I missing something?

By all means comment on a company but no need to laugh at investors and generally make fun of the situations.

Art123 - why does the sp need to be 4 5 or 6 to be exercised? If they are at 2 then they can be exercised then, just because it wouldnt make sense to do that as would be no profit doesnt mean depending on who holds the warrants that wouldnt happen?
(I dont know this for a fact so asking and as well as guessing :o))
