Earl of aim - u posted about fab in a tg group I'm in and I responded to u asking for information. You've said about ghe antibodies and I asked what catalyst is there since last month thst wld make this go higher. X billion market doesn't mean anything if no one wants to buy the product.
From accts last yr they had 1.2 mill loss
500k income
Placed 14.2.24 1.2 million
So that placing actually only covers their loss doesn't it?
Also tils - tizania life sciences are In the same space, been in us for over a Yr now. Look ow their preforming in the US .
Theirs 2 large shareholders selling down as of 11.3.24
One from 10% to 6%
And another one gone to 4%.
If this is such a fantastic opportunity why are they selling down their positions? Curious?
Sorry apologises. didnt realise it had already been discussed. I had noticed the price drop and didn't know if something had been said. I honestly was just curious, been burned a few times on 'investments' so was looking for genuine reasons for/against. thanks anyway
Ive been watching superdry for a while was a massive rise, well done all who rode it. I am wondering though, what stops ppl from allowing this to go into administration and then buying the company? Seen it before cant remember who it was allowed the company to go into admin, then bought for 1.00 or something and then continued to trade restructure. Whats to stop companies/ individuals from allowing that to happen? An why would you if you can get it for cheaper than current price, debt would be restructured possibly, or written down, then carries on?
So iron minded - how many shares in treasury? That they can sell? N at what price?
Mms peel at 1.2 on the
buy side.
Bego - 1.25
Wnts- 1.60
Shoc- 1.60
Mark 1.65.
Sell side 1.75 bego, peel 1.80, shoc - 1.90, mark 2.10, wants 2.10
Not sure it looks great 😳
I'm genuinely intrigued- looked at company - previously cireus minerals - remember alot of bad press re them.
Then looked at Sept interim cash was 200kish, Dec should had a payment of just over 200k
So max of 400k in the bank . . . But they didn't confirm payment received (unless I missed the rns).
They have admin expenses etc, so 7 months isn't it possible the monies gone? With the licences etc?
So will they not need funding for the drilling?
Wheres that going to come from?
OK so I maybe completely wrong BUT I looked at the link and while it has eurasia mining plc at the top it has eurasian mining at the bottom. It needs to be the same for the petition to be legal?
Secondly I went on Google and searched casebound to which this link refers
Https://casebound.io. inserted the case number given in the link below and nothing came up? Unless I'm doing it wrong. Then searched the name eurasia mining again nothing came up.
I searched the high court list, the official receivers website, the gov website for high court and I can't find anything. Even searched Google with just the case number again nothing.
So could someone tell me can thry find this case WITHOUT clicking on the link provided?
Thanks for that, I have and I have. Read the website. There is no mention on there, was curious on people's thought.
I have been invested since 2020, and averaged up and not been able to average down again unfortunately. I was just asking a question.
Thankyou for your input and reminding me why I dont post 🙂
Hi, I don't post often, hardly at all really but been invested for a long time with high averages, but I was wondering an I can't remember fully but ggp also has tenements in the pilbara region? I think it's panorama is there also the possibility of finding lithium within our tenements. I know we found surface gold, also nickel n cobalt. I'm just curious as to whether a nice little surprise might also come up, thoughts?
Omg! The cheeky f****** I can't believe they've done that deliberately so that they can shaftesbury retail, take company private. Make the money, pay off bond holders and be a viable business. Absolutely disgusting. Surely thry can't just decide to do that about not appointing a joint broker and why would peel hunt etc resign? All in it together then!!!
Porky9 - just out of interest with the rise thus far, what makes you think it would be 4? Why not 7, 8 or 9? If it keeps rising then would they not raise (if required at a higher price)?
I know you were in and if I remember rightly on a free ride with some shares? Don't know if you then sold the lot or not, I'm sure I remember you saying you'd buy back if it went below 10 (think that was beginning of the yr or poss last Oct time) did u not buy back?
You were all bullish on the fundamentals. So am I. Am I annoyed that the sp had drifted so low, yes, am I annoyed we still haven't got confirmation from trx and 201 yes. But the fundamentals are the same and tge possibilities of what val could achieve with triple neg breast cancer, prostate cancers etc is still amazing, don't you think?
Morning all, I've not posted for a long time, purely as not alot seemed to be happening and it was a rad depressing watching the share price slide. Glad it's coming back up again. Really hope that there's some more positive news soon on all legacy products and 201 and trx. Been a long time coming.
Fingers crossed for all we keep going forward :o)
I am interested to know more, and I hold my shares in my personal HL account.
It's OK- I didn't read the rns properly . . .1.12.22 it is the arbitration against a customer in India- nothing to do with possible litigation against the Kosovan government -
Sorry (hand in head emoji would be appropriate)
I'm not a shareholder - I've seen all the chatter on twitter so been reading the rns's -
It says re the 195m - any future award in litigation.
HOWEVER the rns did 1.12.22 states Following a hearing, on 11 November 2022, the LCIA issued an award in favour of Fox Marble with an award of €383,177 in damages plus £454,584 in costs. No other issues remain to be determined in the arbitration." - obviously + the 8% compounded interest.
So my question is maybe being a novice is the arbitration damages - different to any possible future awards in litigation? As the rns 1.12.22 states
"No other issues remain to be determined in the arbitration" ???
