Look at the half year report if ive read it right they had cash reserves of 2.7m at 30.6.25, an the spend on wages/cash burn was 1.7m for 6months till June.

Purely a guess but I would hqve thought the low from the previous 12 months, I think they originally worked it out not the DFS but hav based on a gold price of $1840 something cant remember exactly and an basics of around $780 or something similar (aus dollars) , could be wrong though

I am underwater here not by much but be aware of the latest rns re funding. . . So is this a forward sold placing? If so what was the price? If not an its just buying, don't forget funding is needed

Actually scrap that it's not 100% thanks to yesterday, so from today's price I need 57% an I'm breakeven

Ive been watching the share price and well done those that caught the rise, however I'm wondering as considering investing whether there is the possibility that a raise is on the cards? end of yr financials state $3.1M cash (sept 24), half yr report December 24 stated $2,4Million. So if thats approximately 600k every 3 months or as its the half yr report say 6 months, theyd be down to approx $1.8M left. They've said capx for project down to $20.9 million, for build to production 9-12 months.

They are looking at financing (FID)in half yr report,) the rns said for Q2 2025 to hopefully minimise / eliminate need for market equity. dec 24. So is it possible the increase in share price is due to a placement ?

Pompal- I agree I don't know anything about the company - I've read the rns's as I've been watching from the side lines when it went up due to the fake 'bid' for the company and the crash down. I'll be honest I've been silly in a few shares where I bought in on hopes of it coming good and honestly from reading the rns's I wld hate for anyone to lose out by buying in as it's flying up as I've been caught like that ie IOG, and then lost it all. Completely different sector but hemo, sng in covid times - I'm trying to be more conservative and careful - I don't like the huge ramping of this is gr8 we're sorted etc when imo on just those few rns's nothing it guaranteed and I would hate for ppl to buy in today on no new info.

If you could be so kind as to set out exactly what it is the company will do if they aren't successful in the bid that would be gr8. Or how they are going to fund the drill? Or why they released info on a fake bid? Etc I'd really appreciate it as at .95 it looked OK for a trade but wondering what the investment case is? I'm waiting for further info to be released at the AGM but at the moment for me personally there's a lot of unanswered questions and more from today they have popped up.

NCTrade - how's it spreading fear the rns has confirmed that they don't actually have anything other than being prepared and are bidding for it?

So do they have funds for the bid? Do they have funds for the drilling that may happen in 2025?

(It's states they have an advantage to getting it BUT that isn't a guarantee. What happens to UPL if they don't get it? What then?

On 15 March 2024, the Company appointed Nicholas Nelson as Chairman following his co-investment in the Company, via a loan facility, to cover the Company's short term expenditure in preparation of a planned equity fundraise.

I provide below the Chairman's statement for Graft Polymer for the Company's audited results for the year ended 31 December 2023 and wish to include some commentary about the period in question and the Company's prevailing plans.

Highlights

· Cash and cash equivalents at year end were £0.155 million

· Loss before taxation for the year was £3.120 million

· Net cash outflow for the year was £1.486 million

· The Group held net assets at year end of £2.026 million

Post period end activities:

· Nicholas Nelson appointed as Non-Executive Chairman and co-provider of a £200,000 working capital loan facility to enable the Company to prepare itself for a future fund-raise - this bit !!!
