It doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things imo.

At the end of the day shareholders hopefully know what we have and as I've said before it's the journey not just the destination.

We will have to wait and see what happens.

You are capable of reading the same rns's and understanding them the same as everyone else here, you can also make your own choices which I believe you did a while ago. So unless as previously stated you are still invested? you should leave the share alone, or do you have something constructive to say? Or have evidence to back up your misgivings ?

The ceo says she is confident WE as shareholders (imo) have no reason to doubt her or this current bod

Must admit slightly surprised we are down 12% considering what I said yesterday re info mid May, again I repeat I don't think it's it's mo deal situation. Val are doing well with the legacy products and are also adding to our pipeline going forward.

So there's a delay it doesn't really matter unless you are a trader.

Not that I'm anyone really but again I'm with Adam, nick, rb , ice ,ob tdk etc holding for the journey and the destination and not bothered how long it takes. The company is imo moving very fast in providing or adding value to the company. The market cap is minimal for what thry are trying to achieve.

No placing etc and possibility of a lab whether it's this Yr or next is not really important, what's important is the science and honesty of the BOD which in my eyes u can't fault.

Those trying to bring down the company pls re read all the rns's it clearly states the companies path and sets out their ambition for the company for the foreseeable.

For me it's an adding opportunity, once funds allow. Everyone needs to make their own choices, but I'm happy an to be honest I also considered financial yrs and tax yrs and thought companies new budgets don't normally kick in till after the 1st April anyway so . . . . Companies maybe waiting for the new budget allowance, before funding :o)

Rhubarb- this was my thinking, even if there is a delay there is only a problem if therm can't raise the funds.

The information being posted here makes it sound like we are waiting for a deal when in actual fact we hold the cards, we are currently being paid for our services and while a pain if therm don't rise the funds it is still our product and we have the choice to find an alternative partner.

Veing naive I don't see (with everything else val is doing) why a delay or therm (if it happened) couldn't raise the funds would have that much of an impact on us as we've been paid for our services it's not money thrown away or technically wasted as we are covering our overheads from the service Agreement.

Personally I think some are making it out to be that therm would be the last chance saloon and imo I just don't see it . . . .

I wish others for their own sanity would actually read all the rns's as that way things are a lot clearer

On a side note . . . Might be far fetched but just popped into my head . . . Would cenkos be working with the US to raise the funds?? Is that a possibility? Or would that be conflict of interest?

Also we signed the service agreement as well which if I remember rightly was services for transfer of technology, clinical data, consultancy works which I think commenced in Nov? Pls correct me if I'm wrong. So we are and have been being paid for the consultancy servics as it stand to date?

Really sorry for being possibly a bit dim here BUT my understanding and it is just mine, is that 'the deal' as such is based on the TheoremRx raising the funds so surely it would be upto Val as to whether they walked away if the US hasn't raised the funds ?
If the US said I'm sorry but we're looking at (for arguments sake) mid May and we'll be paid it is Val who can chose whether to wait or not?

So my thinking is, technically if Val chooses the 'deal' so to speak is actually done as it is dependant on financing from the TheoremRx. So does this not mean that TheoremRx are in this because they want to be, therefore it is not a no deal scenario UNLESS val choose to walk away or TheoremRx 100% cant raise the capital???

Southern- I feel I need to wade in here, its 9 days to wait but that's only to 31st march - it's not a no deal situation imo as we are waiting for the us to confirm funding. There is seriously no point in stressing about it, we can not change anything and from what we are being told (which is the only legitimate source of information) everything is on track and val is working closely with them.

If your underwater I can understand your frustrations and must be hard seeing it but if your not, then I can not understand what appears to be desperation?
Calm yourself a little otherwise you'll end up giving yourself a heart attack stressing about it.

What will be will be and the bod and shareholders will know hopefully in the not to distant future. Also with everything else val has going on with 301,401,bc201 the new projects in women's health etc surely you can see that although there maybe ups and downs there is a strong portfolio being made and can surely only assist in the making of a fantastic company go forward?

At the moment from what I have seen of the bod thry are not trying to make money out of shareholders and everything as far as I can see is to drive the company forward to the benefit of shareholders.

The market and traders may dictate the are price until different news items are released BUT for me as an investor (been here about 2 yrs so only short term really) I'm really looking forward to seeing this company evolves and I'm glad I was able to be in at the beginning (ish) of the new ceos journey. I have added on the way up and down.

This I all imo an I'm not worried if it takes 9 days for this deal or 3 yrs to have a lab, our own products and independence to be in control of our own destiny:o)

Southern I said the other day wait till end of march, how qbout we put down the q&a date as the date for potential update on the deal, also I do think its good that val will only do the deal subject to them completing the fund raise.
Imo if they don't complete the fund raise that is absolutely no reflection on val what's so ever and as they appear to be wanting their own lab, would it be a bad thing if we had our lab and kept 201 if the USA failed to raise the funds ?? I'm not sure 8t would be. . . .
