OK so tried to read the report and unless I'm doing something wrong cenkos won't let me open it unless I'm an institution or HNWI ?? what am I doing wrong help

So just looking on level 2 and with the spread it looks like anything above 14.91 (now) is a buy. As tried to do dummy sell and buys to check offer prices.

Although printing them red.

I do too, with an average in my sipp of 29, and average now of 19 in my shares account (topped up this morning) I really hope that SD will explain exactly what the funds we're needed for.
Especially as more recently he had stated Instos to come on board, but if I remember rightly (after sleeping on it) 1 of the comments he said was he wanted funding and he would try not to go to pis but might have too. (I might have remembered this wrong)

So maybe the banks/institutions wanted in but at a much lower discount so the way round it was to do this placing and basically saying its this or nothing? As he possibly new pis would buy in Maybe . . . . I'd be interested to see who has taken pt in the fund raise that's for sure
To be honest it's all guessing until SD actually confirms what's going on. We'll wait and see.

I just hope that maybe we will now as properly fully funded be able to bring the share price upto where it should be settled. Coz my account looks rubbish lol

Not really sure what to make of the placing following all the investor interviews, q&as I was sure he said that they were in a position to cover funding from the instos (his words) and banks. So slightly perplexed.

I would have loved to have bought 375000 shares at 14.5p makes it approx 51k, I bought different batches at 38 and down from the highs in the sipp. Tbh gutted really as I would of had nearly half a million shares at 14.5

Oh well hindsight a wonderful thing.

I just hope that shaun can prove himself as I thought he talked a good talk and trusted in him, and wont lie I am a bit disappointed and feel a little of the trust I had has gone. I just hope he keeps tge rest of his promises and fingers crossed the updated mre finally has the right effect on the sp.

I've just logged on here today and am lost for words.
I haven't been here as long as some but loved JTs posts, updates and the information he provide. JT and a few others were the reason I held my nerve on the drops, I didn't know him personally but he seemed like a very genuine friendly guy. I so hoped after his scan etc that he was going to be back and going strong.
So sad to hear of his passing and my sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Goodbye JT I hope you have a little peace on your boat in the sky and carry on sailing (no bots up there :o) ), just the rum n sailing xxx

So it seems we have dropped a little but I'm personally focusing on the fact that news re the due diligence should hopefully be soon and contract signed fingers crossed. Then further information on the company the deal is with regarding their fund raise.

All of this hopefully should be within the next couple of weeks.
Time will tell but I am feeling relaxed about it, an hopefully we'll remain in the 30s, I quite like them

Ells - from that stand point re suzy buying as share price halved from 65, you then also need to consider she didn't sell either. (Last Yr when we went to the same) so erm yeah I think it shows confidence seeing as she hasn't ever sold. Unless I've missed something ?

Also to be fair you don't know her personal financial situation, she may have other commitments/family etc

I know it's a bit random but RB is normally here daily, till certain people turned up. He did say he was having a break for a bit if I remember rightly but I'm surprised he hasn't messaged in the telegram group either. . . .
I do really hope his OK. Don't suppose anyone has his private email or something just to check in?

Bankfool- completely understand I got confused last time nick issued a tr1.

From my understanding (someone pls correct me if I'm wrong)
Nick has 2 different holdings as such which is why it looks different. Its the total percentage you want to look at. It looks like he increased by 490,000 thousand shares.
(I may have misread it but that's what I believe it is as he has a spread bet and then poss normal holding?)

Do you mean 2nd of November one? Or today's?
