I don't understand the negativity,we were waiting for the deal to be signed to confirm the letter of intent. Isn't that exactly what this has done?
Isn't all the other information in the letter of intent about fund raising etc?
Personally I'm happy as suzy is still doing what she said.

I'm only annoyed I didn't sell yesterday and buy back at 31 this morning :o)

TDK - I'm not far from where you stayed, I'm in ocho rios, it is beautiful here. Going to the mystic mountains today hopefully kids will love it, then to add to the excitement of val we're seeing the dolphins Xmas day :o).

Rhubarb- I also had a thought re cenkos and possibly not relevant BUT in theory we won't be notified what they have or haven't done by bringing iis on board would we if its below the notification threshold? And with you and viera and a few others on here they may never get to the notification threshold? Just a thought and could be completely wrong.

Good afternoon guys, so I thought I'd have a little nose in my down time looking out across the bay.

Personally I'm so excited if I've understood the rns correctly val now have complete co trol over potential sub licensing of 201 without the need for further contracts / OKs from crt. This is massive in my opinion and can only serve suzy and team well in the long run for the signing of the contract with the US. It potentially as we don't know the terms of the licencing deal may well give them control to sub license to a number of others as well.

This is all very interesting imo and really looking forward to knowing the terms of the deal we are doing.

As for cenkos, viera although they have done 'nothing' as yet for their increase I'm still of the opinion that IIs, HNWIs (like yourself) may well only join in once the contract is signed as up to that point we still do not have at the moment anything solid for the iis to buy into?
We the shareholders know we are on the cusp of something really special, but others will still want the t's crossed and i's as after all this is still aim.

Not long to wait and who knows it might be an awesome nye or maybe 1st week of new year. I personally have a great deal of faith in suzy and team and she (they) have so dar done everything thry said thry would, therefore there's (imo only) no reason to doubt them at this juncture.
It'll come :o) and you never know then maybe cenkos will prove their worth 100 fold ;o) or not we shall see

I've only just seen the rns, looks like a brilliant move and is exactly what auzy and team said they were going to be doing. Another tick In the box for the openess and honesty from the whole team. I don't understand why no one would like it especially as suzy has already confirmed once letter of intent signed val will be generating an income too. So potentially outlined cost is already covered. Fits nicely with what they have been doing so far.

Guess market are wanted the signature on the dotted line before it reacts to positive news

Granted long way to go but this contract (rns friday) looks like we all might be in for a lovely ride. I know the sp is going down and it doesn't appear good BUT I dont think the BOD can do much more until they issue jorc rns/sale etc.

I could be wrong BUT I think the mms are using the tensions with Russia,USA,Ukraine to lower the price and spook investors.
Everything else is still the same - pgms in the ground

Jorc due
Sale rns due
Pfs as well I think?

They did the same with another share a while ago - in mining there was risk of military coup and thry dropped it almost 50% the morning of that news. Shot back up then doubled.

I'm fortunate enough that I don't need the cash at the moment so can wait it out and most in my pension, but hopefully Russia reasons will ease soon.

I would rather the bod not realise any news till after tensions with Russia sorted as otherwise mms may just suppress the price based on situation in Russia. Surely it would be better for news to drop once tensions are sorted so it's free to move with nothing hanging over us? Just my opinion.

Blimey this movements a bid odd but the deal is not signed YET so from what suzy said will be signed this Yr and payment forth coming, I truly believe that once its official and we have the first payment things should pick up as the company will move into a different phase (ie we're getting paid) . For those on the fence that maybe enough to then allow them to jump on board, be it retail/iis /hnwis etc.

I'm really excited to see what next year and the ones after that bring for VAL once this initial deal is done.

It really appears to be a company that can be transformational for women's health, medical science etc.

I strongly suggest reading the website, what they are doing, read all the q&as this will help you to see what most shareholders see here, which is that val is a unique company, with unique vision, and a brilliant bod with shareholders interests very much a factor too.

The q&a update on the website is amazing, personally I feel so lucky to have suzy at the helm. She's doing wonders for the company and she seems as open and honest as anyone can be.
Wish instead of dabbling in some other shares when first investing I put it all here doh!! Live and learn. I think/hope the this next year is going to be transformational not only for the company but hopefully also for the shareholders.
