I didnt see the post BUT following all the options and warrants that have been exercised it is my understanding that technically the percentage GC holds has therefore been diluted same as the rest of us so although he held 20% before share options and some warrants converted he has been diluted down to something like 17% of the company.

With pr exercising those 7 mill today that is a further dilution making each of our holdings less in the company as more shares issued. If that makes sense

Hi,just curious why would NDAs need to be signed with RMS? surely the new bod wouldnt want to have NDAS in place? Or is pt of it to keep info from the old bod to try and prevent them from knowing anything going forward as otherwise I dont (personal opinion only) see the point in them? Views would be appreciated

The reason why some may believe it is not performing would be the buy in price would it not?

So for me I found this stock around july time, like what I read and while only a small investment, I have to date 105% return in what 6 months so actually it is performing but it all depends what side of the sp your basing your performance on does it not?

Definitely seems like they are trying to keep things muted, tbh I dont get it? Or are they trying to day guys we still have 5% of the company options we can exercise to put share holders off voting the warrants? Very odd behaviour considering again they have 5 years to exercise so although not happy about it they could still make a lot of money if they just let it run.

I'm not a great investor for a rollercoaster I am on rms / ggp today / xtr they are up and down all over the place lol this one for the moment is fun yay. Still average of 197 as didnt have any to av down when was in the 80s gutting really

But so many good prospects here the rns's are amazing holding long

I wish I had of had my other pt of pension to average down, I bought at 37, wont lie I felt physically sick lol. Shame I couldnt have bought more at 26 golden opportunity and remember too we are still on GDXJ so theres buying there too.

Reckon a fair few stop losses got taken today. Such a shame as i personally still think fantastic opportunity for LTH from what i understand of GGP and the prospects and this is only scally what about goliath etc too

I'd send another stating what you want your voting to be and ask for confirmation hopefully you might get a reply. Failing that phone and say want confirmed in writing your voting wishes

Hodgson - vote is for all holders -you need to contact nathan at egremont. Double check one of the threads here will have full email address. Also you could just notify your broker as to which way you want your vote to go.

I have done both and registered my vote with my broker

In to the deep it's on the rns page on lse main bit but it hasn't got its ticker code up next to it so assuming an error and that's why it's not showing there are quite a few like that. Looks like BlackRock increased their shortby9022 shares

Just registered interest to take part. It states it's a finger prick test (blood drop) and that not everyone who registers for it will be selected BUT if he is tests will be sent out from 25.1.2021 and full list of instructions will accompany it

Sorry if posted before BUT My husband has just received through the post a letter requesting he take part in an antibody test - In Home test from imperial college london.
Wondering who's test it is. He is signing up now. Will let you know once I've seen the test possibly wont receive till next week but might he promising.
