Anyone else that watched the meeting think Dr Cave might of been giving us a view of our mask? Would be wonderful if it was. Would love to know.

Pls note I'm speculating I have no actual info as to whether it was our mask or not, I'm just so happy we won all resolutions and now whatever happens going forward at least we know that the new bod and GC are with the shareholders rather than against :o).

Star - I was checking that's all. It doesnt state which chairman and for all I know (as never experienced this before) they could mean you personally need to notify rms chairman via the email address provided

JP- I think Gc wont state if hes voting or which way hes voting as he would not want to be seen as influencing share holders and their voting choice.

I also think as share holders votes I believe are anonymous unless looking through the register possibly he may not want the bod to know which way he voted.

I could be wrong and all speculation on my pt but I believe he would not of started this if he was not going to vote -what would be the point? He knows the outcome he would want otherwise again this would not have been started.

I know some might be thinking of selling this is part of the reason I think the price is increasing to tempt sellers to clear prior to the GM-if you can hold do hold more in my opinion is yet to come.

If you have to sell for whatever reason good luck to you.

For those posting not invested and deliberately trying to disrupt the board please do me a favour and post on the boards your invested in and allow those invested here to concentrate on their investment and what is happening this week.

In all honesty no one knows where this share is going, we all have our price in mind, we all want this to succeed and we will know from friday onwards what is in store for this company.

Chrispy - if they update nightly then if you sold on wednesday the 10th your votes would not count for the 12th would they.

If people want to sell by all means BUT do not sell on wednesday if you want your votes to count is what I'm saying. You cant sell on wednesday and still be counted or thursday for that matter. If what your saying is true chrispy why would you say you can sell on wednesday when you've just said they update nightly?

Chrispy-you stated you could sell on wednesday. You can NOT and still have your votes count for the GM. I think you are aware of this, you MUST be on the share register on the date of the GM possibly even upto and including the time of the GM

and it clearly states

Can I sell my shares and vote still counts ?

ANSWER

NO, your votes will be checked on the day of the GM and if you have sold your shares they will not be counted.

Quoted. Votes WILL BE CHECKED ON DAY OF GM ALONG WITH SHARE REGISTER!

Do not sell prior to the GM on 12th thinking your votes will still count they will not.

Matt - sorry to hear you feel like this and I have to agree with him over the last few days there have been some really outrageous comments against various posters.

Bullying in any form online or in person is horrible and anyone who thinks it's ok to treat people like this there is something truly wrong.

Have you not heard of adults and children alike have taken their lives due to online bullying and harassment. I for one truly hope no one is ever made to feel like that and those that do make people feel like that - how would you feel if you knew something you wrote be it on a bb / facebook etc contributed to someone taking their own life, or leading to mental health problems. People really need to stop and think before posting and think how it would make their son/brother/father/mother/sister etc feel. Come on.

I am truly shocked at some of the things posted here and other bbs and we are supposed to be adults!
