Damn that was the quickest up and down I press buy didnt go through missed and went straight back up doh! But on the flip side i do think it's really bad the mms can do that to rob people of their shares. Fair enough if it's a real drop but that and last weeks was so quick and over done. Feel for anyone stopped out

Themanwhodoes- I notified hl re their live prices for various holdings back in July- their response was that it was an error with the way the 3rd party sends the info over and day to day once notified they will check and apply a fix BUT will only last a couple of days. Then I missed out on a mega rise on one of my shares as price was not correct - notified them saying problem again in september said it was working on it and should be fixed shortly - october made formal complaint they said under TCs that they are not responsible and delays in pricing can occur and if you do dummy sell/buy you get right price so it's ok. Then referred me to FCA!

Mushroomkid - I know and I cant get the pension provider to let me gain access! I've been trying for 2 weeks to get hold of it and transferred to my hl account. I've got some at 37 but god it would have been good to add at the bottom. So frustrated!

I'm just gutted my other pension money hasn't transferred in yet! So I truly believe ggp was dropped for order filling but could be wrong.

Well done to everyone that has topped up and can at these prices. Just hope the money comes in asap !!

Star786 - you miss understand my post I think. I'm not worried about them, am not happy with them and I was a holder before the spike and also bought more on the rise so down currently.

I am just thinking of all different possibilities as to whether they would actually care if warrants went through or not.

I was more thinking about the people that bought into the placing.
Sorry if I've annoyed you was as I said just thinking out loud that's all.

As I said I didnt know that the plqcing shares could be sold immediately etc so in a way that's really positive for us, as if there was no caveat stating they had to hold - then the places may have already sold with a profit already so yes would be peeved when warrants voted down but not lost as such. AND if the placees have sold their shares they would also not be in a position to vote for the warrants either as no longer holders.

So if you follow my theory there would only be tb and pr voting for the warrants right. . . . But they dont stand to benefit if they do,

I hope this makes more sense to what I was saying. If not then apologises again

Star786 - thankyou for clarifying I didnt know if they had to hold the placing shares once bought for a certain period of time before selling to get the warrants.

Didnt realise it was a case they could sell placing shares straight away and then just wait for the warrants.

Ignore that then lol.

However does still make me wonder if or why tb or pr would care if warrants are voted down or not? Just conversation and just to be clear I am a holder and have been for a while and have voted

Just musing bare with me -

If Tb and PR have there options have exercised (which they have) - stay with me - is there not a possibility that they would vote against the warrants as well?
The note about warrants would be removed if theres a reason. . . . Stay with me . .
They got the placing and people might have only bought in for the warrants
They are also shareholders again now so they also wouldnt want to be diluted further. . . Stay with me
So they might be happy DR CAVE started this (possibly didnt realise would go this far) but maybe want the warrants voted down they just wanted the placing done to get price down, exercise options and warrants to then sell at a higher price (rinse and repeat for them)

It was an interesting theory because that way the only people in their mind that loses out (unless they were pt of the placing but legally think they would have to of said to us if they were) are the people who took up the placing believing they would get the warrants too?

Guys I knows it's frustrating 10 days will be from the date they were tested so friday - so in theory 3 days have already been done they are on day 4 today.
So 6-7 more days.

So about the 7th of February. I Honestly believe that they will put of any news until the GM has been done. I know it's not nice but if you can hold or if your not sure sell as know one really knows what's going to happen here.

I do believe the sp will be higher than today's sp once gm done and machine production started BUT I dont have a crystal ball everyone must do what's right for them, I however will be holding

guys I know everyone is waiting for the rns to land but have you thought that they might not release anything until after the gm on the 12th? Bare in mind Gareth is the director of p2f so if he doesnt give news to rms they have no news. Realistically 12 days isnt a long time, I am wondering if he'll they'll wait till then to state about orders etc also note could be under NDAS as per voltz. It's possible so dont get disheartened if nothing next week, info will come and although annoying I think I'd prefer to wait till after the meeting

Ok so I dont post that often but I'm currently invested in 2 of the higher priced miners on aim and have to say dont you think it's a bit odd that both have received a MASSIVE DROP IN SP and valuation based on not a lot?
The people on both boards (not me I wasnt in early enough) were in early have held and the shares repeatedly on both boards are said to be in sticky hands between bod / ii and retail investors. I am Jewish to this game and will be honest dont appear to play it that well looking at my pf BUT I find it incredible that all of a sudden these 2 companies have been battered? Seems like good games by someone on news for both that wasnt really in the grand scheme of things bad for either.

I've re researched eua, looked at who appears to be currently holding, that alexis was although an advisor he was an advisor with m&a experience he wasnt the bee all and end all and also he still holds shares, also if he had of thought there was a problem not that long ago he would have sold at 43p wouldnt he? He also would have sold his entire holding by now? Unless he thinks that the price will be north of 43p?
I'll be honest I bought in with a large amount for me from hubbies pension at 33.1 not long ago so I'm not looking at either share BUT I'm also not selling either.

Something about the way market is acting for me feels odd but then again I am new to this

Wondering, isnt tonight the night the funds will be buying in as well? Or because the sp has dropped they dont need to accumulate anymore shares? (I'll be honest I dont really know how this works). I thought it was a monthly amount they had to buy in?

Personal opinion from the games played with eua yesterday dropped on this rns to trigger stops hopefully will go back up but 50% drop almost hmmm interesting.

Ok so from looking at the rns again he sold 27 million which would have given him approximately 7.9 million in cash(take of taxes etc)

He still has 0.44 % of the company PLUS (if I read it right)
40 mill options at exercise price of 0.042p = 1.68 mill cost
15 mill at exercise price of 0.06p = 900k cost
10 mill at exercise price of 0.09p = 900k cost

Total cost to exercise 3.48million

SO Is it possible he wanted to sell to get the capital to exercise the options? Especially if losses the options in a sale?

Jumbo jumbo-if that was the case eua was over valued why didnt he sell at 43p instead of today as your theory is that its overvalued at 30?
As I said earlier I dont know what's happened, we wont until we get an rns but maybe it is just that he wants to sell to have the funds for the remaining options as didnt have liquid assets to be able to purchase them. Then if he sold today at 29, he buys the options ready for the sale agreement at higher than the sale price of 29?

Also if the company is sold and they have options, if sold do the options automatically expire? If so then he would want to exercise them rather than lose them?

I probably dont know as much as I should and yes this isnt a realistic comparison as such but only last week another mining share you guys probably know well had what people thought may have been bad news from a drill result but fundamentals hadn't changed mms dropped the price from 35 I think it was down to 23 and then bounced back to 28 and is rising again.

Maybe this is an overreaction and the only way to collect shares to take out stops as shares in sticky hands. Or maybe it's something else I dont know I'm just hoping for the bounce tomorrow and then hopefully onwards and upwards again. Currently sitting on around a 30k loss (and yes it is a loss on the pf)

Let's hope for better news before 6.30 or failing that fantastic news tomorrow at 7 where the sales been agreed for more than 40p fingers crossed
