1Leo well I don't disagree completely I am going for a hold right now myself. I refuse to sell point blank but with this dropping further and further I'd rather wait for it to settle comfortably then buy in.
Good luck Boobs I just put a modest sum in and all.
I am always intrigued by how transparent derampers are. Do they not realise how obvious they are, and how clear it is? There is a marked difference between a genuine alternative viewpoint, and deramping.
Which really leads me to the next part. If I had no vested interest in a company, I would not go on and talk it down. Could you imagine all the companies on aim you.would need to visit to talk down? So the only reason to come to a board and try to deter people is either to bring the SP down marginally, or to Troll others.
Either way it's a rather sorry way to spend your time.n and no one falls for it.
All LTH and genuine investors, keep up the good work. Derampers and trolls, there is a quiet patch under a bridge for you to return to.
Thanks Marchops and Z cars as well. Your opinions are greatly appreciated.
I asked last year when I first started trading, if this could have potential to go the path of BP or shell now that renewables are - albeit potentially - going to be the norm.
Personally I feel it could. But it always good to seek other opinions to see if I am being over zealous.
Thanks again all on here. By far my favourite board to haunt as generally it is factual, lively, good natured and humourous as well as welcoming. Take care all.
Dr A thank you for the response.
I'm in this long term - money depreciates far too much and I have kids who I'd like to have a bit of financial relief in the future but to know this could go bigger than the posed £3B Mcap is good to hear.
Cheers all and as usually the heavy hitter who always take their own personal time to offer factual evidence and their opinions for free. It is appreciated by the majority here.
Sorry but to be clear, there is a lot of talk about a £3B Mcap. There's 3.9B shares approx on the market. That gives a share price potentially of 76p give or take a penny or two.
Could it go higher regards the Mcap?
Member since the 12th Feb 21. Claims long term holder - maybe true - but why become a member suddenly and talking about ramping?
I'm wary purely because most posters at least say a polite hello to the BB and ease in gently.
Anyway, just my thoughts. I think I'll be blocking him because I don't like needless negativity.
Beachandsurf, that is actually a bloody fantastic idea. Any plastic caught up in nets or better yet deliberately dredged from the ocean while fishing, offer a payment for. Go one step further and old nets, buoys etc instead of being 'lost' over board they can be turned to hydrogen...it would open up countless opportunities for fishing communities.
Even go old school. 20p for empty ginger bottles used to be a thing, bring it back. Concepts like that would.work on a local level for each council to get feed stock.
You are correct Elir, and sorry if my last came across a bit cantekerous and moody. It wasn't aimed as a dig at any previous posters, and indeed I do appreciate a lot of the LTH - and your -input as it's always good and factual. Sorry again if I came across a bit pig headed.
Sooo many comments. All very interesting. And all very well put and obviously well thought out. Plus who doesn't enjoy the cut and riposte of a healthy debate.
My tuppence worth. I'll invest in a company of my own initiative. And my own thoughts. And I'll ignore other "buy or sell" pitches.
Vii I genuinely believe you are testing water before making a choice. And most would agree there was a grumble we where not offered a price of 5.5p.
However all the questions you have asked, I personally feel, would be better addressed to Tim or Dave etc directly. There is a LOT of evidence on this Board that they respond fast and factually. I myself as a modest and rather novice trader have contacted Dave twice. He always makes an effort to answer and come back. So ask your questions to them. No disrespect to Dr or Kenny - those two have done so much to bring this board on and keep us on factual track - but they're not PHE. I'd never of even assumed it myself. If you contact PHE directly you can get answers straight from the horse's mouth, and even relay it here if you so choose.
Regarding investors losing out, the first rule of investing is never invest what you cannot afford to lose. We all know this. So although genuine, don't overly concern yourself for us. Were happy here. If not, we would not be here.
Though please do not take this an attack -i really did like your questions and some of your thought process was really good, a strongly different stance to the norm and well presented. I just feel it would be better directed to the company possibly of you're truly concerned about investing. Plus, their responses and investor interaction may be enough to help soothe some concerns you have.
Keep safe all.
Well Jersey we have heard everything since last Nov/Dec was the original view in here. Now it's meant to be pre end of March this year bu t I'm not holding my breath. I guess it'll arrive when it does and not a moment sooner mate. It'll be good news when it does though
Been a member since 31st Jan 2021. 8 posts and we've seen what they are. No 'Hi I am a new investor' or I fo seeking, just deramping. Watch him/her.
Looks like I'd have to pay to enjoy his thoughts. I decline. But if anyone does know please enlighten us even for some humour.
Hellokitty,
I wouldn't read too deeply into it. They keep rephrasing and releasing the same old info over and over in an attempt to keep us hooked and I presume attract new investors. I am very shocked to be honest; all I hear about the board is about how experienced and switched on they are. Yet their PR is not great. There's been nothing of substance in some time.
Peddling the same information over and over about historical values and the such is great, but it won't draw new money or investors to the company.
Like I said I wouldn't see this as a tease or a hidden message etc. More just a lazy attempt to keep interest up while we await information. (No not a deramper etc etc. I am invested and determined to hold long regardless of direction. This has promise. I just don't like the lack of information regarding samples etc)
Hyper it's not a dumb question. I brought into this only recently and very excitedly as I looked at this chat then done some digging and was excited at the possibilities.
But since September we have been waiting for that 'holy grail' RNS and almost every month it was 'it will come next month'. Tbf this was more due to members on here than the ALBA team stating this.
We finally had an RNS and the priced actually dipped.
Since September the price only just beat my buy in - around Xmas - but before and since I have been in the red and its getting worse. None other of my stocks are struggling like this, even the obvious ones you would expect like Rolls Royce.
In light of that, I'm not willing to accept loss here. It may take a year or two but I don't see this failing (touch wood). It's just very frustrating to sit and watch is all.
Trust me, Yellow is lucky. I'm on PHE as well. He was there back at 3p saying he'd buy back in at 2 etc. Well, now, if PHE aren't holding solid at 9p avg and doing well.
Trust me, keep him about. When ever he sees a dip etc there's a rise. Oh, and he admitted to shorting on their chats also so be aware of that.
I make the resistance for today as. 423 and a close today at. 423 (using 212 for all my sins) so that's surely a good sign it's hitting its resistance. See if Monday it can't break through
I'm the same. I'll sit tight but I won't buy anymore. There's only so much leveling down to do, and if everytime you level down the SP drops below again at what point do you stop trickling in? No, thank you. A Hold for now I think. GLA
New here and glad to be joining. Seems I've missed the initial funbut had a look at it seems every month or so GLR has a slight dip for 5-10 days then shoots up again. I'm hoping this continues. GLA
Not a bad assumption BT. I would also argue that even with funds raised, the costs as the project marches on will cause issues. The quicker it's up and running, the quicker it becomes profitable.
Also as we're aware the UK is behind the curve now and even with projects in situ, on a world stage we're late to the party. This is one where it is not fashionable to be late. Therefore, if PHE can beat the competition and lead or at least be in the top 10% of Hydrogen producers in the UK - especially with their business model - then it will attract more investors.
But overall I think your assessment is sound.
