I for one view the RNS as a confirmation that what LC's previously RNS stated timelines were a load of baloney .
Either he didn't have a proper grasp of the situation/requirements.
or the GOV after promising to sign a PPA in March are deliberately stalling .

Now my proportional share is 96% of yesterdays company ,
So next round of dilution at FC should give Kibo maybe 25% which in fact is proportionally 24% of yesterdays value ,
So I've only had 1% exchanged for debt , Maybe I shouldn't be so negative !!!!!!!

I have to swallow the latest dilution , I think it was wrong , As you also imply a few months back we were at around 6p a share and mcap of £20m now under 5p and mcap of £28m ., We have enough money , certainly raised enough to get PPA and FC sorted . So I am bemused to know why we've converted again .
I see it as a give away to friendly associates.

Although at a premium that’s my share of the company diluted further.

The rising oil price should be putting the jitters up the Tgov .
If they want to plan ahead I have a very economical electric power plant proposal for them to sign up to. ,
Reduced import of cooking oil ,
reduced oil for generators ,
cooking -charcoal (deforestation )
and all at the most economical price ,, must be bonkers not to sign up especially how much is wasted inefficiently everyday until it can be operational .

It appears GE have a very good ongoing relationship with Tanesco which is all very good for Kibo .

Dilution has been at good prices to SP , The last purchase was at 1.4 , I know the share price has drifted down to this level but look at the past trades few £100 here and there = nothing is being sold or bought .
I would love to be able to buy at these levels and sell as it rises into the next anticipated news got to be worth 25 30% .

Todays RNS certainly brought some desperate people out first thing., couldn't contain themselves spewing every negative angle they could to dissuade against buying shares and we all know why .. That behaviour was disgusting should be ashamed of themselves..

Oracle is next to block 11 where all the present action is . I didn't pick up on the transmission lines ?
But the Lignite / fuel in the ground is extremely valuable . So is the Electricity .
I like the look of the project it is in line with the power expansion policy and has powerful backers , I realize China needs Pakistan to expand to create a larger market with bigger opportunities for trade , So they need more energy .
This is an enormous opportunity.

So why use coal?

Kibo don't need to buy the gas/fuel at market prices they have coal- 120mt cheap to process and burn ,
which is where we are now - negotiating downwards our profit potential 67%IRR on the coal . $40 a tonne ? maybe £20

Global Coal prices @ $62 discounted to $40 per tonne = 8141kw at 40% efficiency = 3256kw = 1.23c per kw (Proposed ultra supercritical plant).
1.5million tonnes ofcoal = $60million = 4884Gw per annum

Gas prices at $7-11mmbtu , I've taken $4 per mmbtu = 293kw = 1.365c per kw 50% efficiency = 2.73c kw ( gas cycle plant )x 4884Gw per annum = $133million

Did you take a look at Oracle power too ?

Hi JD / Do I remember correct that you are pretty good with calculations ? What figures did you come up with on the coal side ?

I was reading about Lucky Power in the Thar coalfield in Pakistan , they are generating at 5c and 6c per Kw and paying $32 a tonne for lignite / brown coal which has half the calorific value of our coal - therefore $64 per tonne equivalent .
The figures are in the billions

Hi BrownAdder This is my other share - just holding and waiting to see .what happens in the next 3 months.
I read that the PAK Gov have told them they have until end of Q3 to get this package in place or the deals off ,
The Gov are desperate for energy, they're also importing coal and gas which they can't afford .
There's nothing wrong with burning lignite , we own it and our initial proposed 660Mw power station will burn through 3- 4m tonne a year instead of burning through foreign currency reserves-. I'm in Kibo which has been struggling to progress also am hoping that will complete first so I can get better calculations and feeling of what to expect here .
I'm sure our large share holders are being kept updated the company are ignoring the small PIs at the moment ! Good luck

Mike .I have read the proposed energy mix - more than the 300mw are required
As per my calculations of calorific values to Kw show it is also more economical at $60m compared to $130m of fuel per annum , That's a big saving over 30 tears.
Going forward the proposed ultra supercritical plant is an efficient design and can be enhanced even further by GE creating greater efficiencies and further savings. It's a win win for Tanesco and the Chinese are more than willing to finance the project .
I'm fully loaded just wish I had a lower average..

Hi everyone .. I bailed out at 0.35 after holding on from 1p . Lost lots of money due to the Cockroach . Bought his mates wood company as it went into a freeze in exports and then bought it for himself . Then he bailed his Potash mates out thrashing the share price down to 20 where he actually topped himself up with at 19 , value created is ? Threw lots of cash into RHA with incompetent oversight even managed to transfer his money/loan out of RHA into Prem . the guys a legend at looking himself , Hopefully with candence on board all will come good.
