It states under Regulatory changes that the TGov passed a law in July 2017 that it is mandatory for TGov to own 16% of all mining projects ???????/
I missed this one in my research . Does this mean another 16% dilution . This has implications to the SP .going forward

Those articles are a bore . Where's the PPA ? now that's a bore also .. New mining permit - another bore . we can't achieve anything of value with the ones we've got including those hived off into KAT .We don't need any more coal the energy plan only calls for 300Mw at Mbeya for 2024 including the 30mw thermal lake and 240Mw at Kiwira , proposed for 2030 is 600Mw . we have enough coal for 100 years . .

Proposed energy mix 30% for coal . Those figures per kw are not so cheap either and I doubt they will stay at that price in the future.. That Tanzania gas isn't free and has to be paid for when used in thermal power plants too .
I did calculations of coal and gas per kw and coal cost half as much and the economies of scale for 600Mw further reduces and the cost of coal would be pretty much fixed..

The SML is not much use without the thermal power plant .. Not at 15mj/kg , = same calorific value as cow **** ..Good enough for thermal plant fuel .
I'm sure there are also differing values in our quantity of coal.
does anyone have better technical data on the coal quality than mincon report ?

The TGOV are playing games or stalling , maybe they're playing the coal usage in bargaining for more aid / soft loans , I notice the French are hovering around also with more Gas fired plants and other infrastructure financing ,
