Yes that's why i'm not interested in day to day share price , I can't trade i'm too busy concentrating on my work in the daytime . I sold out of this saga a year and half ago and bought back in at 4.87 around January time and up to 6p . I was all in and waiting for the PPA and then waited and waited and sold some at a loss just to limit my exposure and since discovering things are not so rosy I

I see the MCIPP is at Mabesekwa near Francistown same area as Sese 500Mw power station . Why would Botswana need another power plant built there?

Is this the same project we acquired from shumba for 26% dilution ? It may have lots of coal but Shumba have an awful lot of quality coal elsewhere that they are trying to market.

SeSe power gets EIA to increase coal plant to 500Mw , This is similar to MICCP , I haven't researched Botswana enough to know how this could affect us and our expectations,, Any one got a in depth view now some of our most knowledgeable board members have gone ?

The main ramper of this share was no other than Lc himself , PPA to be signed expeditiously imminent . He alone was responsible for the sp spike just to get the placing off and no explanation since . We’ve all been sucked in and now waiting with not so great / diluted expectations .

I'm trying to eliminate other contenders for supply of power into the interconnector or Mbeya region which at present has a diesel generator and perhaps a few solar panels.
Funding has been secured for the power grid.- WB
Chinese finance available for power generation supply to local., grid and interconnector.
SEPCO our partner is part of this Chinese program.
I can't see any other options for Tanzania and development.

I can see Steiglers gorge going further but yes will take years , if only because the presidents has put his name on it . Hydro power has been unreliable and will need another power source, gas will prove too costly, wind is great but these projects are all to power the easternl regions . The distances are too great to supply Mbeya or the 412kv interconnector , There's mini eco grids for rural areas but I can only see coal as the only available secure power source which was included in Tanescos' mixed power plan
It seems that Tanzanians have got accustomed to unreliable or no electricity.

It is realized that international companies have a firm grip on the LNG and taking a larger than expected slice much to the TGovs' frustration and revenue will be nowhere near the jackpot they hoped for. Can't see many gas powered plants being built now without discounted fuel.
Hydro power Steigler gorge vanity project but Tanzania has secured a whopping $39 billion from China for industrialization projects , Now SEPCO has to be a preferred supplier within this finance package and an increase for Kibos' prospects of getting a PPA ,

It doesn't confirm Kibo will get a PPA anytime soon .There are other eventualities which are set out in Tanescos' strategic plan Kiwira mine and plant at Mbeya , thermal lake also at Mbeya .
or Kenyas' kalungwishi-hydro-power-plant which is also proposed to supply Tanzania through the interconnector .

I'm surprised to see the share price has gone up . look at the size of those sells , So now under 3% and got their finger on the sell button every time a buyer appears . Needs a situation update to be announced to small investors , obviously the bigger holders are in the loop and know what's going on, some one doesn't like what's developing otherwise they wouldn't be selling at every opportunity !!

We've had lots of dilution this year to raise monies to complete MCCP/ PPA , then MCIPP DFS etc , we are supposed to be fully funded so why would we need to accept such a pittance of 5.25p maybe £3million and further dilution . excepting Sepco taking a % in the company would bring confidence and bolster the share price but so would having the elusive PPA signed which is when Sepco should be taking a % not before ..If Lc wants to give away the company so cheaply means he hasn't created any potential value for all the money that's been spent to date (including KAT) then I for one would like him replaced.-prompto.

President Xi offers $60 billion available for investments in Africa plus another $10b from private companies at the opening of the summit .
With the US, French and now the UK in the new scramble for Africa , huge investments are on the way .The Chinese will be more focused on East Africa due to its Maritime location (silk road) Lets hope this brings more support to Kibo , Sepco and GE to get a PPA with TGov for the MCCP which according to Lc they were to sign 5 months ago . Expeditiously - imminently or what ever words you would like to pick out of any RNS .

I doubt they'd be holding , now under 3% threshold and no further notification of holdings required ,
We had the Dr picking up 8.7% from nowhere the other month .
Hardly any trades for months , Nothing of interest from the company and a share price dropping due to inaction,

Similar to MCPP or MCIPP , prices quoted for producing thermal coal ROM $15 a tonne ,quotes underground mining ..RB3 at $25 = processed to 5500Kc
Mbeya coal is close to the surface ,therefore should be cheaper and I believe so should the labour costs,

Well they did well to sell those shares.. All the trades for the last 4 months. don't add up to 1.1% of the company.
