Tygra most of what you say is possibly true but with regards to Sound not so much as having a sniff of gas that was a little harsh as they flared 1.0 bscf into the Moroccan sky which I am sure the locals got a good whiff of even if they have not had the benefit of any gas other than a very expensive candle !!

My point was that he had 1 million shares in Ironridge regardless of any options he may or did not have and sold the lot..does not show much confidence as a director to your shareholders does it ? Just saying

Just got in from a very long day ..no offence taken bankrupty..I have absolutely no agenda ..IRR / Atlantic has been my financial lifesaver and I have nothing but praise for all that Vince and Len brought to the table..my comment re Stu Crow was a bit of a swipe out of frustration as Vince was giving interviews and being very positive about everything that IRR had accomplished and then he went and completely sold out !! which if you were just a private trader and thought hmmm I think there is going to be a little over supply in the lithium market in the short term I will take my profits then fine but not if you are involved as a director where your ceo is working his butt off to turn it into a major player and you cannot be ar*ed to hold out for the medium to long term....or perhaps he just did not understand the market which would be slightly more worrying !!!

Is that the same Stu Crow that sold out of Ironridge that contributed to the falling sp which ended up at 7p..think he got 35p admittedly bought by an existing shareholder..I know he has got his options and I cannot put my finger on it but something not sitting quite right albeit he was very bullish in an interview a little while ago

Lol Chislehurst that was the sort if comment I was referring to yesterday..when a company has had a good run there is always inevitably going to be profit taking regardless of fundamentals and those same people that sold will be buying back in..it is just how the market works and what any sensible investor would do ..that does not mean I am being critical of those that hold on just an explanation of why people sell and why they are not so stupid to do so..yes some may miss out on further gains but also they have the comfort of banking their gains and in Atlantics case considerable for some people

I agree with some of that swest but there is also an argument that those that maybe thought about buying around this price today somewhile back but did not think the price would carry on going up have now got another chance to get in in the knowledge that 60p plus is very easily achievable

It is no surprise to me that the sp has come back ..IRR/ Atlantic has had a fantastic run and despite the possibility/probability of more good news there is nearly always a pulkback regardless of fundamentals..it does always make me laugh when a share has a great run and peeps come out and say you must be mad for selling..it has happened a few times on this board..well those that started selling a few from 66p back are not so mad afterall !!

I think most lths will agree Sound has been through the wringer and with a number of issues to be resolved is certainly not out of the woods but with GL at the helm there is a bit more than hope for long suffering holders..I cannot help sense though that ps is so desperate for Sound to fail just so he/she can come on here and say well I did tell you all !!

I know he has other interests but he has now got enough on his plate here at Atlantic so think somethong had to go

Caught between a rock and hard place ..not worth selling but hoping somewhere down the line they get a settlement which they mist certainly are entitled too..however I will not be hokding my breath waiting for a decision .tuck them away and forget about it !

Absolutely nothing nailed on guaranteed on the stock market even to the companies that appear to be in the right place at the right time ..

Given that the sp was knocking around 7p not so long ago and the options granted are starting at 1000 % higher I should think most lths are comfortable with the awards

Fraud ? Only my personal opinion but really don't think so and wasting energy and probably cash trying to pursue that but if one thinks they have been a victim of fraud and want to do something about it good luck because you are certainly going to need it..I am not actually that sure what he was meant to have done to be honest and I managed to decimate my portfolio being in Sound but I don't blame JP only myself..just as a sideshow I was in a company called Butte mining which was exploring for gold in Montana..turns out a Director had sold the land to Butte for something like 50 times what he paid for it knowing it was nothing more than moose grazing land..the Serious Fraud Office chased him for 8 years and nothing..a bit of a fruitless task I believe

On the subject of Ricca results for 6 months to Dec 21 recently published...$A 357000 spent on exploration with cash position of $A 11.7 Million @ end of Dec 21.. A bit more drilling on Dorothe planned and maybe on Echbarra and Am Oucher
