Yes NM for me ..when it was hardest to raise the finance he always did and the sp always reacted very well as he did deals at above the prevailing sp and I think he would do the same again..he would not bow down to the bigger boys..he would do what was fair to all shareholders..just my thoughts though

completely agree Fortissimo with all you have said and basically what I was saying the other day and why we are in the position we find ourselves..Franco or Boliden is better for all those that do not want an equity deal and I think there are a number of holders that feel that way

It would be interesting to know how much they were trying to raise and how ..if the likes of DGR , Tenstar , Cornerstone and Nick not to mention a few others no longer want to put in more funds to avoid the dilution and the bigger boys want exactly that but not prepared to pay what is an acceptable price sp wise maybe that is resulting in the standoff that we seem to be in..probably completely wrong but I am sure we will know more soon enough

leeds , it is very good of PLL to chuck all that money our way lol but they do want something in return !!! the offtake agreement would be an agreed price taking the going market rate into account so ALL benefit from that

As far as ownership of the project is concerned PLL has the option to acquire 50% which I am sure they will fulfill..other than that they have also signed an offtake deal with ALL for 50% of everything produced..as far as other payments are concerned i think corporation tax was 30% but without looking up the scoping details not sure if that figure is correct..then there was a 5% royalty on LOM to Ghana and 1% to previous tenement holders I believe..stand to be corrected though

swest with Piedmont on board and the desperate need for our spod I am sure every effort will be made to deliver in a quick and orderly way..with Ghana also wanting to benefit greatly from our resource do not envisage any problems with permitting..I would be very happy for us ALL to keep on exploring and discovering more resource and PLL and maybe others to sort out the processing..we should be an incredibly profitable company for many years to come ..I also would rather wait for production and reap the benefits possibly through special dividends than being taken over and getting a one off bonus !

When you consider that PLL will be fast tracking Ewoyaa to the point where we could actually be getting spod out of the ground in 24 and income stream generating for years to come we are due a steady flow of news which should propel the sp way past previous highs !

They were probably offered a good chunk at a much higher sp than where we are now but said no thanks we will wait and get even more at a now much lower sp !

Ricca is a gold exploration company spun out of Ironridge now ALL where holders were given free shares in the new co..currently they are not listed anywhere but I think the intention when the time is right to list on the ASX
