I think the Slovenians have obstructed and stiffled Ast activities for many years because of immense pressure from the greens and now it is written down in law there is a definitive case to answer for compensation and the government should rightly pay for the lost investment of Ascent Resources

Yanis , unfortunately with many aim companies they are trying to bring big infrastructure projects to fruition and these things invariably overrun cost wise either through unforeseen events or just mismanagement through inexperience or being ill advised..cannot disagree about the possibility of more funds but can disagree with your maths analysis of how much the sp has come down..not 1500 % lol ..it is still under 100% !!

I cannot remember who called me out on another placing but seen it so many times before and in Angs case was blatantly obvious they needed more

It would appear that Angus are in a fairly similar position that Ast ..Ascent Resources found themselves in a while back..they seemed to have good prospects with a couple of producing wells although they needed permission for further intervention and always needed more funds..I see Angus had a raise late last year although they did not manage to get as much as hoped for..presumably they will need more before long..Ast also had a formal sale process with a number of potential candidates but they all walked away..not sure how this will pan out but as a Sou holder think it will be too much of a distraction for them but there must be some slightly dark reason why they would want to pursue Angs and clearly most on here do not want that tie up anyway..I think Angs management are trying to draw attention from a company with deeper pockets certainly more so than Sou but think the market has got it right as in the absence of a white knight things are looking a little bit tricky..Ast managed to get a raise away with a share consolidation ..very painful for all shareholders
