In the short term a fine balance maybe between those that bought IRR to get the free shares and if they now sell but hopefully what ALL has to offer any pull back will only be temporary

probably completely wrong on this but presumably as IRR holders on the required date we would be notified of any allocation that we could apply for..as Ricca is going to be unlisted would it not be possible to elect to receive said allocation in certificated form..just a thought

With 5 rigs doing the infill drilling for the last month we should be due an update on those results soon I would have thought

Just a thought but it had crossed my mind when the demerger was originally announced how does the co stop everyone and their brother climbing on board to get freebie shares only to dump them on the market once the transaction goes through so this is one way to prevent that happening..mskes it possibly a more longer term holding but hey hopefully the lithium shines in the short term and the gold is a bonus down the road sometime

As an unlisted security am afrsid that is down to interpretation..obviously Vince and co do not think it is being given the valuation it deserves and is taking this action..hopefully somewhere down the line it will be either relisted or taken over and better value realised for all

Why is it unclear swest holders in IRR get 1 share for every 8 held in Ricca..a bit basic

Don't know if i have got this right but am attributing roughly 10% of overall value of IRR to new gold co ricca so possible drop to 16p and restart in January and see where we go once all the paperwork is carried out

Yes agree with those sentiments and I do not think there was any shortage of interested parties for offtake so that would be another good signal to the market if Vince got another deal in the bag..also it would be very interesting for an update on further drilling..not too sure when the wet season runs from and to so that might put that on the back burner for a while
