Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
This RNS has lifted the market cap from 54m on Friday to 59m today, very good news, certainly adds some fully licenced and proven value to Kodal.
Some notes frome the website show the potential for Nielle, the mine next to it has multi million ounces !!!! :-
The Nielle project consists of one licence of 300km2 that was granted in 2014 and has been renewed for a further 3-year period. Resolute is earning into the licence via the joint venture agreement, and at this stage the licence is still 100% owned by Kodal. The area is underexplored, however it is well located in the Tongon-Banfora greenstone belt that is host to multi-million ounce gold resources at the Tongon Gold mine (operated by Randgold) and the Banfora gold deposit (owned by Teranga Gold).
Wow, up to 38g per ton, that is great, a lot better than expected
Mercman, it's not just the licence RNS, we are looking at maiden gold early next year as stated in the AGM, exiting times, Kodal is ready to to do very well "soon"
ZNWD are up over 25% over the last 2 days, bounced back from lows of 0.17 last week, lithium shares are in demand, Kodal will do the same, positive info from the AGM and a solid future.
Wish I had more funds to buy as many shares as I could at this price, they are a bargain, holders are going to make a good profit,
Anybody who watched the AGM must have gained a high degree after confidence, Bernie was talking about when not if in everything he said in addition to being in a strong financial position in a secure area with JV partners knocking on the door to fund expansion 'when' the license is issued, just need to watch the AGM again, review the facts, this is a solid business with a bright future
Just from a brief look at the info it looks like bellzone were strong and trading shates at 2.8 in 2015 then issues with funding and financial mismanagement over the next few years resulted in them going into liquidation in early 2019 with a share price of 0.25, look like there was a lot of contributing factors resulting in the shareholders getting nothing, the situation there could not be further from the stable position that kodal is in with solid finances in place for the forseeable future and a BOD that is taking shares not cash as payment,
It's still a reasonably good sell price 0.363, buying at 0.375 is also still OK, it will rise if buyers come in, seems to be holding around this level now, waiting for the licence to be issued and everyone is expecting it soon, its a real possibility that it will be anytime now, it is with the president he can sign it off any time so I'm not even sure it will be after the Wednesday meeting, it could be any day!!
I think your right Laverda, they will want to talk about it being issued and progressing not it possibly happening sometime in the future, politics is all about putting a positive spin on things and promoting progress this would definitely show them in a positive light.
Kodal is nowhere near any of the troubled areas as stated in the AGM, the area where Kodal is located is very stable and security is provided by French, British and Mali military.
That's correct Laverda, he did say that the current plan is 8.5 years production with the opportunity for expansion, if the area is lithium rich there is no reason the mine should not expand it will certainly be less expensive with the infrastructure already in place, The estimation for issuing the licence in the near future could be anywhere from tomorrow really, they meet today, it could be issued straight away, or could it come any time because its with the president, one thing for certain is I'm holding my shares, FOMO is creeping in big time !!!!
Licence very near.
Lots of interest and regular approaches from companies interested in financing joint venture, we knew this already but its nice to have it confirmed ( He did name drop Ganfeng), dividends payable when kodal is making loads of money :-), company finance is currently stable going forward, gold concessions are looking good, not really any negatives to pick out.
Market cap now at 66mil, buying at 41.8, some good progress this morning
Annual General meeting
Market cap up at 64mil from 60mil yesterday, good sign.
Still plenty buying this morning, there will be clear information on where we stand on the licence and the gold tomorrow, looking back over the last few months I would have thought the news in the AGM will be mostly positive with some solid plans moving forward in the near future, I see no reason why we should not have the licence very soon and for this to be confirmed along with a further recap of the good gold results from the end of July, Kodal certainly has a great future.
Interesting read, lots of JV's going on, Kodal might be next, lots of potential partners, is there a chance info on a JV could come before licence or will it come after ?
Definitely a big risk letting shares go to take short term profits now, I would not want to be out just in case a RNS drops in on Monday, it might not but I'm holding mine :-)
People are starting to hold shares now, it's a risk to let them go then the RNS drops in at 07:00 the next day, would hate not to be in when the RNS actually does come out !!!
