They're annoying shares but in a market that's growing significantly. T/O increased 3 fold this year but they've been hit by falling demand worldwide in the last 3 months. Expecting them to rise again sometime but money may well be better invested elsewhere if looking for get rich quick

If we're talking charts then you'll notice that the SP has risen above the top line on the bollinger bands which would indicate a downward movement. I hope I'm wrong and that you make a mint!

It's not about the insurance, it's about the subsequent work repairing the damage. RoK are pretty astute and it's obviously dawned on them that the market in the coming few years will centre more around repairing what you have than replacing it. They'll want to retain as many of their trained staff as possible and this is a great route to keeping them ticking over until new build contracts come in. It's all about diversivication

I agree, they're best suited to the long haul, still think they're overrated as a carrier. BA cabin crew have an aloofness I've not seen on any other airline. It's a bus in the sky, I'd rather spend my dosh at the other end and spend as little on getting there as possible. Easyjet will do, no frills and cheerful cabin crew.

Heathrow is aimed at the long haul and is a hectic sprawling mess. Can't stand the place and have to travel from there on boxing day, can't wait!
