However the drilling to date has been promising enough that a preliminary economic assessment is due soon and further drilling is hoped to expand the resource base significantly. It is a massive sulphide deposit in Portugal (a stable economic area compared to Chile or Zambia).

Not sure about building companies - they may have had a Boris bounce but he is no magician. His borrow and spend policies are likely to run into the brick wall of reality, especially if he maintains his no more extension beyond the end of the year policy. It gives little time to negotiate a deal and the threat of no deal will grow bigger as the months pass by.

We all know how much the market dislikes uncertainty - if Butlins was listed I would be interested; staycations are going to grow and any business with good exposure to the domestic tourism / holiday market is likely to benefit.

I repeat that the company has said it needs to be recapitalised as per the November RNS. You may not like it but it was reported by Tissue Regenix via RNS last month.

Link have taken over the Woodford shares and have yet to declare any sells - only Invesco have declared they have sold and they sold out at a much lower price than TRX are currently trading at.

When you say 'if Woodford fund concludes selling q1 2020' it suggests that they have started selling; any proof? No RNS yet...

I am not trolling the board - I have had an interest in this share since the £40m placing and acquisition of Cellright.

Your claim that 'This company doesn't waste money with false promise.' is absurd when the MCAP is £12M after raising £40M when the MCAP was around £95M. I understand that you may wish to protect your investment but ramping in the face of reality and denigrating those who do not agree with you does not change the facts.

The RNS dated 14/11 states that 'drawdown of these tranches is now subject to MidCap's discretion and satisfactory recapitalisation of the Company at that time.'.
