Just the North Zone...

The PEA provides an initial economic assessment in the north zone of the project only, with plans underway to carry out additional exploration work in this zone this year, with the central and south zones “highly prospective” for future resource growth but with very limited drilling having been performed.

Vaillancourt said these other zones “offer near-term growth potential with additional exploration work which we view as lower risk”, with “extremely encouraging” targets that remain untested.

“We expect the strong correlation between gravimetric testing and subsequent high-grade drilling results in the North Zone to continue in these zones. Follow up drilling is intended to support our objective of identifying additional resources to support future studies.”

A bit rampy maybe, but getting a favourable PEA based only on the North Zone is fantastic news. If the Central and South Zones live up to their potential then this is a massive sulphide deposit that will allow switching between Zn and Cu production as prices fluctuate.

Some have speculated that the deposit may be larger by a factor of ten; further drilling results are due soon as far as I am aware and they should indicate the extent / expected grades of the deposit.

Redcorp and Ascendant intends to expand on this with additional exploration work in the North Zone in 2020. While the North Zone currently demonstrates a robust standalone mining scenario, there remains much room for additional resource growth, a potential operational scale increase, as the deposit remains open along strike and at depth. The Central and South Zones, excluded from the PEA, remain a highly prospective source for future resource growth, as very limited drilling has been performed, yet it has already achieved a significant resource-to-drilling ratio with the identification of a high-grade copper-rich massive sulphide mineralization, warranting further follow-up drilling.

I was not accusing you of being a ramper; just suggesting that people expecting a price uplift because 'the seller is cleared' may be disappointed.

There were 2 holdings RNSs in October.

The first on 15/10 stated that Woodford has gone to less than 5% after holding 22.16%. The next was on the 17th when the liquidator / newly appointed administrator of one of Woodford's funds said that they had 19.98% of the shares in issue.

The holdings RNSs from November show further selling by Invesco and Baillie Gifford. I do not understand why people think that the Woodford shares have been sold.

When they announced that they had 'Secures Credit Facilities of up to $20m' on the 4th of June they also announced the facility was secured - the later RNS dated 14/11 states:

'The Company will also continue to have access to draw down the remainder of the RCF, which is calculated based on the underlying inventory and receivables on the balance sheet and eligibility thereof.'

Some have been suggesting a debt for equity swap - what secured the facility in the first place?

I was wrong about the click-time delay - when I actually logged in using that browser it went back to a few seconds delay.
