VAL - have a look at the BB. It seems that a shareholder was mistakenly copied into an email from a member of the BOD about administration possible within weeks as they do not have the funds to pay a bill coming due.

Really surprised that shareholders have not run for the hills but VAL shareholders are a strange bunch some of whom have been 'averaging down' for years and years and not learnt the lessons that I think they should have learned.

People have started hoarding face masks rated FFP3 in the States and it the hoarding is likely to spread to the UK as the Corona Virus spreads.

I do not trade on Ebay anymore (I used to break up fishing tackle bulk buys) but it is a tempting trading opportunity as there could be a significant price spike.

The investor from Oil Drum Lane started posting his 'REASONABLE ANALYSIS' on the 27th of December. The share price was 0.85p then. In little more than a month the share price has declined to 0.65p, a decline of 23.5 percent.

So approximately a drop of 1 percent per trading day. I wonder why the market is so stupid that they are not reading the 'REASONABLE ANALYSIS' and piling in?

The company cannot issue shares at below the nominal value (which is 0.1p) - that's the rules.

This is potentially a severe health problem as those infected are infectious before they develop any symptoms. This is going to have a severe impact on share prices - who wants to go shopping, go to football or other events, travel by public transport / planes etc.

The lack of an RNS befuddles and intrigues me.

They have regularly used the phrase 'inflection points' in RNSs. It seems to spell 'Infliction Spent' - great name for a wine bar in SOHO?

Maybe they are trying to find out who to put the blame on (some must be hoping for a professional life after the demise?).

With the ongoing trade war the Chinese would not be happy with a blatant IPO theft, especially with the current CoV outbreak and their need for international cooperation to deal with the Corona Virus and African Swine Flu.

It really would be useful if someone makes public the allegations and attachments. If they have been sent to both the BOD and Nomad surely a rebuttal is required?

AIM does not like unrebutted allegations in my personal experience?

I bought last March in the flash crash, thought about selling at £15 a while ago, and sold at a little under £14 today. This is one of the few dividend paying AIM listed companies but the P/E ratio has got to rich for me and has gone back to the watch list.
