So Chris Richards makes a rare appearance on Proactive - I did say I thought PHC would be selling some shares soon. I will have a listen later and see if there seem to be more hints but openly stating that you will let Private Investors use Primary Bid "if you raise funds" seems to be giving it away that you want more money; doing a Proactive just reinforces it in my mind.

Maybe they will go for the trifecta and pay for some research? I did buy £100 worth of DKL to try using Primary Bid; a painless experience which gives confidence to buy a chunk or 2 of PHC shares if they go through Primary Bid in the next few months.

I got taught at a young age the saying "Do not go to the funeral if you did not go to the Wedding" and how it relates to money. In terms of shares, do not simply invest because a share has gone up, especially if hot air and uninformed optimism has made the share go up.

So I could have ridden the coat tails early had I been fast enough / not had other commitments but grabbing them later when they might have been trailing in the dirt risked getting my hands dirty. Clean hands = no viruses at the moment. Physical health is needed to enjoy monetary wealth etc...

Whilst phone companies are not an area I am interested in investing in, it does show that there is space for a disruptor who is more security / privacy focused. If one were to come along I might be tempted.
