Yes, but... It is just a foot in the door, so any significant revenue will be in a few years time. There are also currently significant exchange control measures in place in Argentina, so extracting any profits are subject to punitive taxes.

From a 5-year perspective, this is excellent news as it helps PHC become a player in that local market whilst the new generation of products are licensed and deployed elsewhere.
