You are not known for ramping, so why start now? You seem to be conveniently omitting that UKOG have not announced that they did not get the additional licences that the bid for. That news seems to be overdue.

Some will be working on the play book on how to ramp that news... I expect it will be along the lines that it would not have been convenient to get awarded the licences whilst they work out where to drill the Gusher that is going to grease the Turkey and Shareholder's wallets.

Anybody who has paid a higher price or been too stubborn to sell whilst expecting the price to fall should care. And, if the Bid drops to 0.6p, any discounted placing would be close to half a penny.

I have previously posted that I expect a discounted placing, but had not thought of the likelihood of the loan being converted at the same time; it could make any discount deeper as the placees will know that the loan holder may want to sell those shares onto the open market.

Working with a generous discounted price of 0.6p a raise of £3m and conversion of £1.483m [per the latest accounts] would require nearly 750m shares which would represent 44% of the enlarged share capital. Significant dilution...

I suppose being able to buy around 0.6p 'would get punters flocking' if they wanted to top up.

Shares get permanently stained when Muddy Waters gets on the share certificates. I put a metaphorical electric fence between such shares and the massive Red Flag to keep me away from them; a bit like shares with convertible loans.

But I appreciate that if you were already in, then sometimes boxing clever is the preferable alternative.

The Great Ramp [aka TGR] has taken off on the Valirx board yet again. The share has 'only' been consolidated 125-1 twice in the last 6 years... Not my cup of tea, but sentiment should drive it up a bit, and they do not seem to need any cash in a rush at the moment.
