Troajan - the investment overseas is because of higher returns elsewhere. If GOV had been investing in the economy instead of investing in rich people's bank balances then there would have been better returns here.

You know, things like better electricity security, better sewage, a functioning court system, a better educated youth thanks to the eradication of child food poverty, a properly staffed NHS etc.
