I am not sure how wise it is to invest in a company where one shareholder controls over 80% of the votes, as they have the power to trample over minority shareholders. IBPO is a recent example of how badly things can go wrong with an all powerful shareholder.

List of likely RNS coming up before Christmas. Target price 80-100p. 201 Deal would be the huge one that takes us up multiples. Not much downside given all this news to come.

1) They have been working on a deal for Val 401 for about 6 months now. Could come in the coming days/weeks.
2) VAL 301 lots of work has been done over the last 2 years. A deal with a huge pharmaceutical like Astellas or Takeda can happen over the coming weeks/months and take us to over 100p alone.
3) VAL 201 finalised deal is imminent and worth well over 100 million pounds. 98% likely to happen.
4) 2 drugs well into evaluation stage and news to follow over the next few months.
5) Also BC201 is long overdue.
6) More drugs to be added into the pipeline.

Institutional investors should all be ready to take positions from Tuesday and yet our market cap is only 20 million. No brainer. I expect funding to be completed this month as the delay was meant to be short. Time to step it up or miss out.

Yes - the potential of the Rare Earth project appeals to my risk / reward outlook. Leach test are currently under way and results will be out later this year, which will determine if more exploration drilling to convert the Talairyk deposit to a JORC-compliant Mineral Resource Estimate is warranted.

These other projects limit the downside in the event that the Rare Earths are not worth exploiting.

There is not enough data yet for the company to make any call as far as I am aware... As the finds are shallow, they might be suitable for open pit mining, which is clearly much cheaper. The size of the deposit is not yet understood - the total tonnage over a cut-off grade will determine how much capital costs per tonne should be. And, until processing tests are done they will not be aware of the process they would want to use, and the costs associated with the process as well as how much they can actually liberate from each tonne processed.

The only figure that will matter is the yield per tonne and the IRR on capital it would generate; grades of under 1 gram a tonne can be lucrative in an open pit scenario. Time will tell [lots of it].
