Sold those PHC shares at a loss... An unwanted decision but I had a few quid in and they so badly handled their decision that I felt they were no longer acting in all shareholders interests. If they were to say they were going to delist [which cannot be ruled out with their wishy washy statement yesterday] there would be a much larger loss to deal with.

Such is life... But better to live and fight another day as the saying goes.

A bit disappointed with how they communicated their plans; they are right that the share price on AIM does not reflect the progress towards generating significant free cash flow that has been made. But saying that they will consult with key shareholders on whether remaining on AIM is in the companies best interest, without clearly explaining what other options will be considered, is a sure fire way to damage the share price even more.

It will be interesting to see the tone of any replies received from Chris Richards; and I hope that they do an Investor Meet session soon to explain their thinking in more detail.

I am sticking (for now)... A colossal bit of bad communication, though; if they thought that AIM was unfairly valuing them then issuing that statement and scaring PIs that the share might delist or explain exactly what they would want more cash on hand for at the same time as saying that they have enough cash for existing plans was diabolical.

Time will tell; I like their products, but I like my money even more, so decisions may need to be made. I have posted that I think the company is undervalued, so their concern that AIM is not reflecting their prospects is a valid concern. But wanting 'non-dilutive and strategic capital' to make 'value-accretive acquisitions' sounds a bit like management wanting a bigger company to run, so they can be paid more.

Worth bearing in mind that if the FED keeps putting up interest rates then the £186b of assets JP Morgan just bought become worth less and they will need some money to keep their liquidity ratios as they are now.

And the UK's banks are equally fücked after buying long-dated bonds with short-dated deposits. And that is before commercial properties are sold in fire sales and force the wider market to write down the value of commercial property and the loans associated with them. There are hundreds of billions of American property that needs remortgaging this year; forced sales will break the market.
