I reckon 'they' were too busy reporting the new account to Admin claiming that it is just another Adrian account [just because the account makes the same spelling mistakes and rants against 'pro Hamas demos'].

Personally, I doubt it is Adrian as by now I would have thought that he would have got a spell checker extension to stop the mistakes that are typically associated with his accounts.

No doubt the new account will go the way of the windymiller account that seems to have been closed shortly before this account started posting [just a coincidence?].

The value of farmland increased because of the excess demand created by the IHT loophole; sure, some will lose because their estates will attract tax, but cheaper land values [reduced demand and increased supply] will make it easier for the industry to attract new and much-needed young blood into the profession.

The losers have the loudest voices but it does not make them the neediest... The NFU has known about the IHT problem for decades; had they lobied for change over that time then they might have had a better outcome but they liked the entrenched position that kept youngsters from getting their own land which provided them with a source of labour.

It is not currently a commercially viable option so is of no use at the moment; try again when it is commercially competitive.

Sea water is unsuitable for splitting to create hydrogen as it can damage electrolyser components, particularly the sensitive membranes in proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolysers [which are most suited to creating Hydrogen from intermittent renewable power sources. And, the presence of chloride ions leads to the production of chlorine gas instead of oxygen at the anode, which is corrosive and unwanted.

Seawater would need to be desalinated before being used to create Hydrogen.
