Kind of suggests that they could not get a placing away at the nominal value so there could be another big fall after consolidation and the inevitable placing.

They also did a placing of £430k at the same time as the £70k retail offer... And they did the placing earlier than I was expecting. I expect that the interims they will be announcing soonish [7 March last year] may be a disaster [why else raise cash so soon at such a deep discount?].
