I am confused about special resolution 6a - it states that 'cash up to an aggregate nominal amount of £460,000' can be raised.

The articles were amended at the GM in March to subdivide the shares to 0.01 pence each so asking for the authority to issue £460k of shares at nominal value of 0.01p seems to mean 4.46 billion more shares additional shares are being authorised.
