The RNS dated the 6th of July 2018 states:

It is all semantics - is a discussion better than a conversation or worse than a negotiation?

IMO, DYOR, always question what motivates posts to appear on bulletin boards

That RNS was dated 28 April 2017 - and the share price spiked to 2.43p at the beginning of May 2017. Since then there has been little news announced via RNS other than the launch of V2 of the software in May 2018.

And, the share price has dropped nearly 90 percent in the duration. No matter how much that RNS excited the market at the time, the decline in share price since then tells its own story.

The rise has already priced in the payment - any further rises will just be from speculators who have seen today's rise and have no idea of the science behind RENE or the cash burn rate... Ramp and pile in if you want to see a spike to profit on. IMO, DYOR etc
