The sole shareholder is the Secretary of Health [the Rt Hon Jeremy Hunt]. The data being derived from this government project belongs to us and our families - I would not like to see them privatise / sell the data.
Just enter a death spiral cash loan on his shares or were his shares stolen by an imposter or is there a much more logical fact that most do not know yet. Lots of speculation here today.

applegarth,
Unfair criticisms? - I have a long memory and did not appreciate being called a cannibal by you on a different board. It goes both ways but personally I question the motives of those who post ridiculous or misleading posts and sometimes your posts stray onto those grounds.
Each to there own I suppose. All, I hope that you enjoy the football and the long hot summer evenings.
We have no idea what language has been used for the halcyonPRO2 platform [I expect python or ruby on the rails]. Interfacing this into legacy IT systems is very complicated and is easily broken by underlying software changes.
I once lost 5 years on a project and the client ended up having to pay the network vendor millions of pounds after a conflict between the operating system they were using and a Windows server update. It can get very complicated when the user interface breaks, especially when you are trying to be compatible with newer browsers / mobile interfaces.
The client then paid to transfer the data onto a new system that took another 5 years to implement so happy days I suppose.

Fair enough - I wish nobody financial misfortune but you do broadcast your holdings all over LSE and seem to get bitter on those that do not succeed - but people do get drawn into shares where rampers sprout unsubstantiated 'facts' or RNSs from before the ones that caused the price to crash.
It is my opinion [which we are all entitled to] despite making money on shares that I know are being ramped for no reason. IMO, DYOR etc.
To me it is a spin of the coin - either the forthcoming data is favourable or no interest will be shown and more shares will have to be issued. We are all adults - we make our minds up and choose to go one way or another.
Looks like the pretend ramper in chief has gone away like an old infection - beware of the diseases the rampers can inflict [the falling knife syndrome comes to mind].
Duplicitous in my opinion - they seem to be managing their questions and answers for their own benefit. Why would VAL have given them 'in-side' information and thus entered a 'closed period' before the mythical jv for stage 3 trials. Surely this is against insider trading rules.
I fear that the rampers here who are sitting on losses are trying to get back [or close to] their buy-in price to exit with some dignity.
IMO, DYOr etc [& enjoy the warm weather if you like it].
I understand the potential benefits but I expect that I could get a quote for a similar product off Alibaba quicker than PSL will reply and cheaper than they can supply the same product for.
I have had the [mis] fortune of rolling out scalable IT platforms and have experienced the problems that scale can bring.
Good commercial progress can mean many things - the first contracts [if they happen] could be a loss-leading prices...
This trade may be a deluded rampers heading for the hills with his / her tail between their legs blaming a conspiracy theory for their loss even though they bought on a spike and now feel the pain of catching a falling knife. Never a rewarding experience.
Good luck to those who believe in the science and the commercial potential here but I fear Alphabet gets there sooner as they have the data, computing power, and the funds.
