RE: Hardman2 Aug 2018 21:28
I had a quick read of the report - it reminded me of 2 things:
The new CFO starting in November. Applied Graphene Materials has not faired so well whilst he has been their CFO. This is just an observation - I have no knowledge why AGM's share price has dropped 80 percent over 3 years.
The need for further funding - even the Hardman Report acknowledges that around £7m will need to be raised. I am expecting it to be more but even at £14m this would only be a dilution of 15 percent at current market capitalisation.
On a much more positive note - even though Hardman are paid for their publicity 'research' by TRX, they will not have received actual figures. I am expecting the actual figures to be better and the share price to increase accordingly [and of course, then a placing at some unknown discount]. I have great faith and expectations in the science and TRX.
The only potential problems are Trump, Brexit and the US Attorney General's Religious Liberty Task Force. The Task Force could impact the uptake of any stem cell based products in rural Catholic Hospitals.
