Come on Freddy - if there is nothing positive to say then the anticipated placing will be below a penny - surely you have something to say to support your investment.

If I keep posting over the weekend without anyone repudiating my assertions then I expect the placing price to be driven lower when more private investors reassess their risk/reward profile and sell expecting the placing.

Can anyone offer an argument to invest at the current price... And, what is the loss that your TR1 investor [Slater] currently at? Follow the money some had said.

If no reasonable answer appears over the weekend the market makers will keep on ticking the price downwards as anticipation of a placing grows as the days to VALs 'Investor Presentation' diminish.

Finding liquidity to sell into a ramped market is not always easy - I used to arbitrage volatile horse racing markets but relinquished my bookmaking licence decades ago. It is always easier when you are the market maker.

There might be a 'few' more shares in issue now - you may wish to read some of the RNSs - and there may be quite a lot more if the BOD place the number of shares that they are authorised to issue. As they are presenting at an investor evening soon whilst the sp is depressed surely you must wonder what discount the potential placing could occur at

Deramper or realist?

I bought at a penny after the penny placing and sold on the Beaufort ramp at 2.5p and a little over 6p.

The trades covered my losses after previously buying at 2p. As this is a Cancer share that I profited on thanks to an unsubstantiable ramp I donated the profits to a worthy cause. This time I am more cynical and shall trade for personal profit.

Deeply discounted placings only come around every now and then so "keeping powder dry" to profit from them can be a rewarding trading policy but it is not easy to call.

After being stung on Itaconix I took part in their open offer and then risked significantly more at below the placing price and sold at 2.6p - had I waited longer I could have sold at over 4p. A profit is a profit and getting greedy can be disastrous.

Can you explain your logic that suggests at 150 percent increase in share price? Obviously the market does not understand the significant facts you must have found.

The re-entry price for me, if it happens, will be at or below the price of the next (anticipated) placing... Then the top-uppers / averages-downers can pay for my X-Mas charity giving when they pay over the odds for the privilege of buying my cheaply bought shares.

Cynical; maybe; but the only way I have made money out of this share is by buying very low and then selling at a profit.
