Lanstead , are under no pressure to sell to the market every month like you state.
Of course they do sell to hedge their positions every few months but one cannot see a monthly pattern, imo
They make money no matter what the SP is but that is not the case for IMM .

The risk of the FDA saying No is practically nil imo

The PK study was asked for to determine the validity of some part of the protocol imo

Lupuzor has an excellent safety record so therefore the FDA has no grounds to refuse a new P3, again imo

If my memory is correct, IMM have invested £ 2.25 million cash into Incanthera . The dilution for shareholders to finance that investment has been quite considerable ! Hopefully, one day we may reap some rewards from this, who knows.

I don’t think that is the best idea at this time as he is good for one thing .. ( raising money ) and Imm still need that quality as CIDP trials will need financing imo

I would say that a P3 trial in lupus will take at least two years ´ after the dosing of the first patient ‘ … I am sure you understand the difference :-)

His question was not about should I buy or sell IMM shares !
I personally refrain from giving any share price predictions or any other buy/ sell advice as that is up to everyone to make their own decisions

Without seeing the Proposed P3 criteria, it’s impossible to guess the timeframe.
We will hopefully start the clinical trial before The year end and then we will be better enabled to guess
